He arrived on time, worked efficiently and when he left there was no trace left behind. A few weeks later he called me and apologized profusely for forgetting me. He was in the area & asked if could drop by for an estimate. Not feeling well that day, I told him it was fine as long as I didn't have to come outside. He said he would leave the estimate in the door handle. The estimate was very reasonable, especially considering I live in a two story house & already had my Christmas lighting installation done. When I agreed to the estimate Matt asked if I was flexible. He would do the cleaning when he was in the area and I didn't need to be home. The bill would be left in my mailbox. That sounded great to me. It wasn't long before Matt did the cleaning. He did a fabulous job. There was not a speck of debris left around my house. Rain water now goes through the downspout instead of pouring over the side of the gutters. When I called to give him my credit card, I asked if he could put me on a recurring schedule. I've had all my large trees cut down. But there's an evil pin oak next door that hangs over my driveway & yard, wreaking havoc on my vehicles, clogging the gutters and offering a feast of acorns for the delighted squirrels.
