Stay away from Derrick's Concrete, Monroe OH. We paid him $15,500 for a garage concrete pad. They…read morepoured and it was not leveled and not measured correctly. We can't put our Garage on it. We now have to pay someone else to fix it as Derrick is refusing to work with us and make it right. He won't return our calls or texts. Needless to say, we will be suing him in Court. Contractors like this should not be let to get away with stealing money for an incomplete job. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON HIS "CONCRETE" jobs.

My large (consisting of 3 car driveway replacement, new sidewalk from front to rear of the house, tear out of the existing deck, and completely new back patio of around 200+ feet) job got delayed in the middle due to rain, but immediately after things dried they were back finishing up. Extremely responsive to my calls and texts. Highly recommended.

I spent considerable time hearing from each how "I don't like to brag, but...." and information on their experience and abilities. They made the repair then tested the faucets but did not test the diverter valve which they'd replaced a gasket in. That evening, I learned the diverter no longer worked. Contacted Jerry & Bill, was told Jerry would be back to fix their mistake 3 different days in a row, the third which Bill stated *he* would be there to fix himself. All 3 days, no call/no show. I ended up having to find someone else to repair THEIR work, which of course contractors are hesitant to do. And never heard from either of them again. Subsequent contractor indicated they had used the wrong type of gasket in the diverter. Has worked perfectly since.
