Dr. Rashdan spent a lot of time with answering some very complex questions that I had for him. He explained things in a way that truly enabled you to understand what was happening and was willing to listen to my concerns and thoughts. I was scheduled for a cath procedure but ended up going to the ER with what turned out to be acid reflux. Even so, 45 minutes after I was in the ER Dr. Rashdan came to the hospital even though it was a Sunday morning. He assured me that I was fine but then offered to do the Cath procedure right then and there instead of having to wait another week. He did the procedure and I could not have been happier with his skill and professionalism.

At 73 years old it is important to find the best. Everytime I visit them at his Keller office, his staff are extremely friendly. Yolanda and M'Keisha at the front desk start your visit on positive beginning. They both are so friendly and will go out of their way to help with your paper work and get you all checked in. If I'm a good boy during the visit, they let me have a piece of candy. They also remind me to make sure I get my coffee after my visit. You don't want to be caffeine up when you are seeing a Cardiologist. For any Doctor, you have to make sure you hire great Nurse Practitioners to fill in when he is not available. Well, I can tell you Dr. Badhey has two that are fantastic. I feel very comfortable with their diagnosis. Buffy and Stella are his Nurse Practitioners. They review your health chart before they even see you. If there are any adjustments to be made in medication, they do not hesitate to put you on something that could help with something they see in my bloodwork that may need a boost. Alicia and Jenni are the nurses. They are fantastic in going over your records, or better described as a triage. They confirm any and all changes in my records since last visit. They take your vitals. I must say that Alicia and Jenni do not rush you through this process. I highly recommend Dr. Neeraj Badhey and his team at his Keller location. Thank you Team Badhey! Kaner had miscoded the reason for the blood work. This requires time for me to correct their error. Call to the insurance company to verify the charge and reason for non-payment, then a call to Kaner, then wait for the issue to be resolved. I'm currently on hold, waiting to confirm an appointment. I got a voicemail from Kaner saying my appointment was scheduled with another doctor. WTF. How did this happen? This is my second call to confirm the appt. The first call, I was on hold for 5+ minutes, the phone was answered then hung up immediately. So now I'mm into another 8+ minutes of holding. The "on-hold music" sounds like a carnival ride... which should not surprise me as the office staff are basically clowns.

He inserted stents after discovering severe blockage. All the follow-ups have been informative. I've had only good and friendly contacts with staff. Billing was a little off when they changed their system, but had no problems before that. I'm surprised at the negative reviews. Never experienced any of the problems that some patients had.

Thats about where the positive experience ends. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. On my first appointment I provided them with a copy of my insurance card and my medicare card. I explained that my Aetna Insurance would be primary and Medicare would need to be filed as secondary. The receptionist asked me for my copay of $20. I explained to her that I had met my deductibles and Medicare would pick up my copay along with any balance due after the Aetna payment. I was told that I would be required to pay the copay and would be issued a refund if my secondary paid it. Let me just say that it took multiple phone calls and a complaint to both Aetna and Medicare before I received my refund. Almost 6 months later. The next issue was with the tech/nurse arguing over my IV contrast allergy. I explained that I was allergic to all IV contrast which they didn't seem to understand. Finally I provided a copy of my medical records from the hospital before they admitted they were wrong. My next issue is similar to the review left by another Yelp member. I would have an appointment with the doctor and show up to be told that he was out of the office. No courtesy call or anything. I often would wait for an hour before being called back. Lastly, I stopped by to get a copy of my records to find out that he had filed for bankruptcy. Office locked. I have made multiple attempts and still can't get my records.
