Clean, nice interior, place to sit and relax and it seems to have anything you need (at least, what I need.). The staff is friendly and helpful. They also sell coffee and juices which is nice. The big downer about this place is the price. It is very expensive. You pay 45 euros or something for 'dal-uren' (you can't get inside after 5 PM). I pay 50 euros each month for the student membership so for a regular membership its even more. I think this is very expensive, especially since the club is so small and a lot of the machines are always taken and you have to wait. Which is annoying.

The two big problems with this gym are; It's tiny. Really really small. So if you are in anyway claustrophobic or don't fancy waiting for one piece of equipment I would avoid. The opening hours are restrictive - sat 9-7 and sun 9-5. Not so bad during the week though. I probably wouldn't return - the lack of space is an issue for me. Aside from that though it is a nice clean fitness centre. I guess it depends what floats your boat. No booming shitty music - I really appreciated that.

They have a cafe/juice bar, saunas next to the locker rooms, lockers, communal showers in the the locker rooms, two separate areas for dance, yoga, pilates, martial arts, spinning classes etc. I pay about €50 a month for unlimited access without time restrictions. It's a bit pricey, but I like this gym. I paid €25 for registration, but it wasn't just to put my picture in the system with my data, I also got a 2 hour session with one of the competent, knowledgable and friendly trainers who made a fitness plan with me and printed it out. They keep the plan there so you can pick it up when you arrive and never forget to take it with you. They use an electronic scanning system for access to the gym which is a thumb-sized keychain with a chip in it. The trainers and employees are very nice and professional and the clientele is decent. All in all, it's a bit pricey but worth it.

High price and low service !! So, don't waste time and money. There are many gyms or sports schools in the city of Amsterdam.
