When tyring to cancel the PPT, the club would not admit any fault and charged me 15% of the remaining commitment. They did however take my full year knowing that they were defaulting on their rent but did not even bother to communicate to their clients and continued to sell memberships. They took my money and in turn right now I am being passed from person to person and Pawel and John who are the owners of the Mississauga, don't even have the respect to return a person's call or respond to emails. I will do everything I can to ensure that every person in Toronto is aware of what these thieves do. Stay away from these people, I know I will!

The gym has been opened since end of Dec, officially beginning of January and has such a great environment so far. the parking lot: it is huge. And because it's more wide than narrow, no matter where you park you're pretty close to the entrance which is always nice when you're in a rush after work. The facilities: there is a woman's only section which is nice. It has all of the same amenities as the test of the gym had like a pool, workout area with machines and even a studio for classes. The changing rooms also have lots of showers and a steam room. The gym is so huge and split up into so many different sections that it allows an even flow of people and doesn't make it feel to packed which is great. There is a seperate area for yoga and meditation called the zen area which adds to the ambiance. The classes: so far I've tried the yoga, cardio box and bar classes and love them so much. There is a huge variety of classes that I look forward to participating in

I explicitly requested an immediate cancellation of my membership and clearly asked for written confirmation that no annual membership fee would be charged, as the service was no longer required. Despite this, Crunch still charged me an annual membership fee for a full year that I will not be using. This feels extremely unfair and misleading. Charging an annual fee after a clear cancellation request -- especially when confirmation was specifically asked for -- is unacceptable. I even followed up in writing, yet the charge still went through. Be very cautious when dealing with cancellations here. Make sure everything is documented and watch your statements closely. Unfortunately, this experience has completely eroded my trust in this location. ( Money making location ) Did the same to my wife and charged so many time after cancelation of membership.
