After my car accident, I called all the "big name" attorneys that we all see on TV and billboards throughout the valley: Lerner & Rowe, Hastings &Hastings, Husband & Wife team, Sweet James and at least 4 other firms and they all said no, to taking my case. I was feeling so defeated, because I knew the accident was not my fault. As a last resort, I contacted a chiropractor I used in the past, to see if he had anyone he could recommend. This Law firm did not fight for us at all. We felt betrayed by Simon and to top it all off this Law firm received more money then my wife. Look at the picture of the letter they sent us today . They kept sending my wife everywhere to add up the medical bills to stuff their business partners pockets while my wife is still hurt with a ripped rotator cup. read more

Never use this Lawyer; they have no communication skills. They will give you the run around. They…read moremake up bills that never existed. They will tell you one thing and then do another. They only care about their bottom line and not their clients. I have been dealing with them for two years with nothing to show. They told me to stop treatment so we could get the settlement done, and I could get my treatment. But now, 2 years later, I'm still without medical treatment and no settlement. They sent me a bill with things that have already been paid. They are trying to take more money than legally allowed. They act like their clients are dumb and don't know what's going on. I had to call the state board on them, and still, nothing has been done. STAY away from this lawyer they don't care and will screw you over. You will end up with permanent damage, like me, with no compensation. Now they are being investigated by the state bar.

This was weird to me, like why am I talking to someone who isn't even a lawyer. Then I asked friends who was the best lawyer in t Phoenix/Arizona area and two different people recommended Vik Monder. I called Vik in the middle of the week and he was able to call me back the same day. Vik had a way different approach than all other law firms. At the other firms the idea was "just go to your own doctor and let us know what they say". Vik explained to me that he knew all the best doctors in the area and could get my family member the best possible care. Then also the case would be worth more because of it. It was a real no-brainer. Let's just say long story short, fast forward around 6 months and the whole family is so happy with the result in the case. If you want a regular mill type lawyer, go somewhere else. If you want someone who can literally get you healthy again and a great settlement then this is the place for you!

In a Michael Douglas movie, Douglas's attorney said 'it's a game to them'! I hired Att. Tom Griffin because of a utility company. In arbitration the co. said 'we had the job listed under another grade'. Mr. Griffin said 'I didn't know that'. Griffin had all the info so he knew about it. Griffin kept saying the $20k was a lot of money. I told him, it's NOT! Later he agreed with me, but he got his thousands of dollars & he's not giving it back to me! Looking back, I should have demanded that the company attorneys be in the same room with us! I should have stopped the arbitration, but Griffin never gave it as an option, and I was emotional and couldn't think to stop it. He wants it fast and with no bumps along the way. Afterwards, I asked him about the other company issue with the contract company (associated with the utility co) & suddenly its 'I don't do litigation'. Went home & looked on Att. co web site & his bio didn't say litigation. So, the next time we spoke, he says 'I do litigation' but now he wouldn't continue with my next case. Griffin says whatever convenient to him! I say 'Griffin is a smart man, but what a waist as a peoples attorney'. He finalizes as many cases in one day as possible. He won't fight for you (your lucky if he likes you) and it appears to me that this is financial favor for companies. While we, the small people suffer, and can't get a job. Just another attorney that has put a nail in my coffin! 'it's a game to them'! Fighting for your truth to be heard and never giving up, has its drawbacks... you end up poor!

I had a bad car accident this past March 2018. A lady failed to yield to traffic and t-boned me in my just purchased 2014 Kia Sorento SX. The car was in pristine shape with only 30 thousand miles on it and clean. After the accident, it was determined that she was driving while suspended, and got a ticket for that and for failure to yield to traffic. At that point, I was advised by my doctor to see a chiropractor and to see The Fite Group. Mr. Berin Fite is amazing. He took care of my case, got me the compensation that I wanted and I owed nothing. The driver that hit me is in a great deal of trouble and might have her license revoked. Great service and outcome I was referred to them after I was involved in a three-vehicle accident by a doctor treating me. When I called the Law Group they scheduled a meeting to fill out the paperwork during one of my doctor visits and when all my medical treatment was completed they started processing and going after the other parties.
