Until March I paid every single month despite the clubs being closed because they claim "that´s the law" and since I´m not german I kind of have to accept it. Now in June I´m being charged again, even though I have a confirmation that everything was cancelled in March. I wrote multiple times to the customer service but the only thing I get is a pre-made texts and a lot of bs not related to my situation. I dont recomend this scam to anybody but if you dont speak native german, this place is not for you because they will trap you in the exist.

I've read around more people also being caught on their trap. When I called, wanting to know what happened, I was treated like an annoying fly. No soul and not a people's place. I was disguted, really. Do your self the biggest treat and go get fit somewhere else.
