The manager on site would give no flexibility on a 2-3 day pass. With most clubs in the area "unmanned" options are low for visitors and I believe this club is well aware. They wouldn't even recommend any other gyms in the area. Also, sauna was broken and out of order after being told they had one on site.

Women's only section that is closed off and well equipped. Negative; somewhat under cleaned but I find that to relate to almost every gym that is less than equinox? No PTs at this location. No water coolers or taps in the hall, just zinks in the dressing rooms. Notable; Machines lack individual screens. No towel service.

The atmosphere is a little more fitness than cult, the language in class is more focused on the postures than chanting. Depending on the leader you will get more or less of the life-guidance clichés. The hot rooms are clean and the space in general is fresh. While the changing rooms are bland, the showers are new and rather stylish. They have a shop with both clothes and gear appropriate for their practice. Mat rentals and towel service is available for a fee. (20-40 kr per visit or 4-600 per month) 3/5 score based in having no former experience of hot yoga for comparison.
