Most importantly horrible and useless customer service. I spent weeks emailing them trying to cancel my service. They kept repeating the same thing time and time again in the months they were replying with. Eventually, I had to find out that the issue was their website was incorrectly displaying that I didn't have an open subscription. I tried logging in through an incognito browser, and found that I actually did have a subscription that was still ongoing. After three months of back-and-forth and them not helping me, they still went on to charge a fourth month. I've been in touch with the owner of the company André Groan and the VP operations Claudia Mendez multiple times to express my frustration and haven't heard back from them. No matter what time you go the gym is extremely crowded. The space is tiny so that doesn't help either. Looks more like a market than a gym. If you want to socialize, exchange bacterias or wait several minutes for a machine to get free this is your place. If you want to actually train go somewhere else.... read more

I was on vacation in Lisbon for 2 weeks. Decided to try out Fitness Hut. Spoke to the manager whom spoke English. Tiago told me there was a 2 week program that I can cancel afterwards without getting charged further. I was very careful to make sure he understood that I was going back to the USA after 2 weeks and if I need to initiate any cancellation process, to do it now. Again, I was assured that just come back before 2 week membership is up and all will be fine. Long story short. Fitness Hut has refused to refund me my 2nd charge- just they charge me for another 2 weeks even after the gym cancelled my membership. Trying to get refund from the main office is a joke. They told me to read my contract. Funny, I do not spoke or read Portuguese! Pretty much everything the gym manager told me was a lie. This gym is nothing like Planet Fitness. Much much smaller. Much fewer equipments. For less than $15 for 2 weeks, I thought ok maybe. So please be aware. You are not signing up for just 2 week membership. It takes 30 days to cancel and for them to stop charging you! Don't listen to the gym employees. What a waste of time. Should have just go for a run everyday and not have the hassles. read more

Everything you would expect, cardio machines, functional area, free weights and crossfit rig. Clean and tidy. Great location close to my hotel. About ~9€ for a day pass. If you're from the US, you have to have cash because our credit/debit cards don't work on their system. Don't worry, there's usually a couple people who speak English there. read more
