Just wanted to say that the Personal Training is off the hook here! They are motivating and truly educated about helping me reach my goals. Don't go here unless you are absolutely sure you're going to stay for your entire membership. I was told if I moved that I would be able to cancel my membership. After moving in May of 2014 and continuing to pay for another 2 months after contacting them I was then told I had to send them something with a new address on it. After sending this information I was continuing to be billed. When I called they did not have the change of address. It was sent to collections and I just paid to be done with it and them. read more

Horrible customer service! I was a member here for 3 years and am now having the same issues other people had with cancelling. I went in, filled out the cancellation form, and got a copy for myself. I was told it can take up to 30 days. Well I've been charged twice since those 30 days were up! I tried calling the gym with no call back after numerous voicemails. I also contacted the payment processing company who is not much more helpful but is at least looking into it. At this point I'm disputing the charges through my bank because I've been given no other option!! read more

RUN!!! (away, not on their broken down treadmills) Go to any gym but this one - it is nasty! High sales pressure to buy their health products, lie to you when you sign your contract - tell you there is a buy out clause, but there isn't after 3 days - they write it in there but never actually mention it. If you are lucky enough to get a fan pointing in your direction - yes you read that right - fans, in the floor (trip hazard) - supposedly they have AC but it must not work if they still need fans. Water fountain spews in every direction except your mouth or water bottle - carpet under the fountain is moldy from being wet all the time & fans kick all that crap up into the air for you to breath. Don't bother showering or expect to get a locker - only 2 toilets in the whole building. Wasted $1000 on this place. When you complain you get 100's of excuses but nothing changes...just a darn shame. read more

Be very careful signing up here. They're not helpful with billing situations. I got a new checking account and forgot to update Fitness Solutions. Long story short, because they never contacted me but tried to charge the closed account several times, I got a call from collections looking for $99 for two months of membership. My monthly payment is supposed to be $10. read more

They have nice instructors, but it's not well kept or well organized. The machines are often broken entirely, or have parts that don't work. They are also dirty most of the time. The classes either don't start or finish on time. read more
