I was looking for insulated bags and, being from out of state, I wasn't familiar with the store's layout. The first employee I asked went to speak with another worker, but instead of helping me, both employees walked away. The second employee pointed me to a completely different section, and the third directed me to the camping department. After spending nearly an hour searching the store, I gave up and left without finding what I needed. It was frustrating and a complete waste of time. Management needs to do a better job training and supervising employees to ensure customers receive proper assistance. I will not be returning to this Walmart and would not recommend it to anyone expecting decent customer service. I'd give it zero star if I could.
