I explained to her that I have two sweaters my granddaughters received as gifts that I wanted to exchange for larger sizes. She said I had to return them. She said I had to have the receipt or order number. Both sweaters came in the mail, obviously, as an online order. She said there was nothing she could do. I called customer service, and the employee struggled with English. I spoke with a supervisor who said that since the sweaters might be stolen, I would need the receipt order number or original credit card. They were a gift and definitely not stolen. I never liked this store for some reason, and today, it reminded me why. They sell marginal quality merchandise at inflated prices, and their exchange/return policy is horrible! Don't shop here for gifts or online with them unless you are 100,000% positive that you're buying the correct size!!!!
