I have not had any response after 3 weeks so called the number listed for Rally, it is not the tele number for the Aggieville store rather a central number 913.340.7002. Was told by Rally respondent that I needed a tracking order for the item sent back in order to get a refund; there was nothing, NOTHING, in the instructions that said I needed to keep the tracking receipt. To bad, according to the Rally respondent, you loose. Follow the instructions written on their website and YOU LOOSE. I will NEVER order from them again.

Upon walking in today, I was very impressed with the selection of K-State items and apparel. The women's section started at the front of the store and continued towards the back. There were plenty of men's and children's clothing options, housewares, jewelry, scarves, and everything you can imagine to show K-State Pride. There are also areas with Royals and Chiefs gear. The Rally House locations in KC and Lawrence have gear for other colleges (I have gotten K-State stuff in Lawrence in fact!) but here is a K-State exclusive spot. Who needs KU colors in here anyway to ruin the view? The prices though make this place worth celebrating. A zip hoodie at Varney's was $90+ and here it is $40! A cute tee or tank at Varney's was $60-70 and here it is $20-30. I applaud Rally House for bringing in a wide range of items at affordable prices.

Since I was going to Manhattan, I felt confident the Wildcat purse would be available there. Again I was told they never had the purse there, but could order online. Since the online description does not have the purse measurements I do not want to order it without seeing it. I am disappointed that Rally House does not have KSU merchandise available in Manhattan or Olathe. I will not be driving to the other locations to see if the purse might be available there. In this case, two strikes and you're out.

I placed a dispute on my bank and won. Received a full refund. The OWNER, not booth renter/vendor, BUT owner, Theresa 'TC' said I was responsible whether they were real Or not. The vendor called me and told me I did not have my facts right and they're all real. I sent them The proof of counterfeit - still Wasn't enough. I was told to pay or return the rest Of the items or she would take me to COURT. I cut up one Of the fake bags- as you should- and sent back the remaining 7. That wasn't good enough. I asked, can we mutually agree to call it even, she said "absolutely not. No store would let you leave without paying for the items. You owe the money." I am in utter shock. So after paying $240 to authenticate fake bags, $50 to ship back the bags I am still responsible to pay another $300 for the cut up bag that was LABELED LV monogram. And a $6 ring my son wanted. She is nickle and diming. She has not once shown any responsibility for her employee or acknowledged the items being counterfeit and illegal to sell. I am heart broken that this situation ended this way. I am out more than she is and for nothing in return.

I do not seek out the latest and greatest in wearables proclaiming my allegiance to my alma mater. I have been in this shop on a number of occasions to shop for friends or for gifts. One thing that impresses me about Rally House is their selection. This is not a big store by any means. Even though it is small in size, it is big on selection and variety. If you needed a t-shirt, hoodie, cap or souvenir... you will be able to find it here. Parking is not idea because you have to park in the nearby parking garage but it is not the worst, either. There are ample spaces available but it's just the basic hassle of having to use the garage. Once you park, Rally House is easy to find in Allen Field House. You are just a few steps away from AFH if you are in Rally House. Very nice and convenient. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Every interaction I have had with them has been a positive experience. One time I even had to pop in for change and the cashier was very nice and patient with me. Sometimes when I walk by I can hear them laughing and having a good time together. That always makes me smile. I have never had to special order anything from Rally House but I bet they special order for people. It just seems like a service they would provide. There seems to be a variety of sizes and styles to choose from, though. Everything is arranged in a visually pleasing manner and they get the most from visual impact, for sure. Some people might think they are overpriced but, hey, this is a specialty market in a college town in the greatest college basketball venue in the nation. I think price is adequately reflected considering that variable. Highly recommended store for all your KU wearables and souvenir needs.
