Target sent me a broken tissue box it's cracked. It's broken in two places for the price I paid I'm upset. It's bad enough. I had to go with somebody else and overnight a different tissue box from somebody else and finally when I get my order from target it is broken and you give me the excuses. This is totally uncomfortable unprofessional honestly it looks like somebody ordered it and returned it back to Target and I got their secondhand garbage. This is not the first time I've had trouble with ordering online from target I ordered other stuff with the same order number my items were crushed bent damaged. They put heavy items with food items on my food items were crushed and broken. I really don't know what to do with Target anymore if Target is even Reliable, but I am very disappointed now with Target Online, but since they want their garbage back so desperately I want me to return it to their stores, I will be returning their garbage ASAP. Cashier didn't know how to access his circle card and didn't know how to separate his purchase correctly to assist him. The lack of experience and knowledge from the cashier led to a very disappointing encounter. The experience was horrible, and she was rude and then finally when I was fed up with it, she finally called for another associate to help, but it was too late he was done.

An unfortunate experience…read more I try to avoid Walmart like the plague. I was hoping I could complete a quick trip to grab a few things I needed. Of course, I should have expected otherwise. If you are even able to navigate this crowded and unorganized store, you will likely be unable to retrieve what you need from the shelves. I came in to quickly grab a jug of carpet cleaner but found it to be behind a locked glass door. I pressed the button to call for assistance but nobody ever came. I pressed it multiple times within the span of 20 minutes while also peeking down the aisles to see if I could flag an employee down. Nobody came by to help with this five second task. I ended up leaving and walking around the store until I found two young employees walking together gossiping with one another in one of the aisles. The employee that came to unlock the case was friendly and quick but showed no care about the situation. It was frustrating that something so simple took so incredibly long, especially since the employees that had the keys to the case were lounging around doing nothing. If they actually monitored the button, they could've assisted me and I could've been out of there in less than 10 minutes. I hope I never have a need to come back to this Walmart!

The return line grew to six more people. The Walmart employee did not acknowledge anyone or call for help. After 15 minutes waiting I finally asked her to call for help. When "help" arrived both employees began working together to help the customer sending money, while ignoring everyone else in line. Once again I asked for help, and someone finally came to take care of the folks waiting on the return line. This was one of the worst customer experiences I've had in my life. No more on-line shopping at Walmart making a return is usually an awful experience.
