Within a minute of walking in, Charles greeted us and offered assistance without us even asking--which is definitely rare these days. I explained what we were looking for and a few specific requirements. As he walked us through the options, I mentioned that we needed a wide fit. He was honest and let us know they didn't carry traditional wide sizes, but then took the time to show us ECCO shoes with dual-fit insoles as an alternative. I can't say enough about how much we appreciated Charles. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. He listened carefully, stayed calm while we tried on different pairs, and didn't hesitate when we asked for another size. We later found out he actually helped open this location--congratulations to him on his 20th anniversary! Dillard's management--you truly have a gem in Charles. You should be very proud to have him representing your store.

In the past we only came here for the following: Apple Store, Lululemon (taking a break from this brand now), Starbucks (only when it is on the way). Now we have added the following business to our list: Carhartt, Mt. Rose Wine Co., Reno Running Company, etc. Also, it helps us visit some of our favorite restaurants here - Land Ocean, Skipolinis, and Miyabi. Chipotle just opened, but we are not a customer any more. And a free standing Starbucks is STILL being built. Atmosphere - Huge mall that is rarely busy. Well, they are getting busier and busier again thanks to Trader Joe. Plenty of parking. Convenient location for us, easy in and out from highways. Open 7 days a week from 10am or 11am to 6pm or 7pm. Pet friendly, see the tiny dog park/area. Free wifi, I have not used it. Service - Good. One thing to note, a lot of the beauty/hygiene/baby/liquor/printer/electronic items are locked up behind glass cabinets. So you gotta press a button and wait several minutes or track down an employee to open it up (they use phones now instead of keys). Good thing is they still have a lot of the self check out lanes available to use (NW store has done away with all except 4). On the flip side of this, so many have gotten used to self check out that the line can be long, but does go quick. Though keep an eye out for an open live checker lane, since many do like self check out. The store has a Dunkin Donuts, Regal Nails and of course the Walmart hair cutting place.

The store was pretty organized and their inventory looked like it was higher quality than your standard Walmart or Target, albeit their selection was limited. We did find some good bargains but most of the inventory was a bot pricey; customer service was adequate, our cashier, Daniella (if I remembered her name tag correctly) was polite and professional, and our brief interaction was overall pleasant.

Very Disappointing Experience - Reno Location…read more Living in Hawaii, our Lululemon stores have a very limited selection, so when I travel to the mainland I always make it a point to shop at larger locations. During my recent trip to Reno, I was excited to finally visit your store after finding some great pieces at other mainland locations. Unfortunately, my experience completely changed the moment I walked in. I had just finished a large coffee and urgently needed to use the restroom before shopping. I saw a customer come out of the bathroom and approached an employee to ask if I could use it. The associate looked at me and bluntly said, "Sorry, we ain't got no public restrooms." The way it was said felt dismissive and rude, especially considering the circumstances. I wasn't asking for special treatment -- just basic courtesy and kindness. Instead, I felt embarrassed and unwelcome, so I left without making a purchase and took my business elsewhere. This was not the welcoming, elevated experience Lululemon is known for, and it left a very negative impression. I hope management takes customer service more seriously, because this visit was a major letdown.

I had a specific example where I ordered an incorrect size shirt and they were able to order one in the correct size they even added an additional discount for being a healthcare worker.
