Being a new resident to Texas and now retired it's nice to see we have a Target. Target is truly a great shopping experience, no loud overhead music, no chaos like you know who (WM), clean well stocked stores and friendly staff and so on. Yes there are Super Targets and regular Targets some with more selections than others but in general, a great retailer. I don't rely on apps for real time information simply because an item may sell out before I get there or something else. I've always been able to get a rain check and the return process is a breeze. The value, selection and customer service are all really great at least with my experiences.

They have great furniture for what may seem to be way higher price than the big chain stores but the quality is better. We got a couch and love seat combo. Beautiful and comfortable. The sales woman was super sweet and knew her sales and if she didn't she made sure she found out. The only down side was like I said earlier is right in the store. Hard to test out the recliners. Will go back in the future.

The worker manning the framing department (Joseph Z.) heard me out and worked on the piece. Forty-five minutes later, I received a call that my framed photo was ready for pick up! Arriving back at the framing department, Joseph shared with me that he was able to successfully dry-mount the picture (no more wrinkles!), correctly placed the glass (because it was originally incorrectly installed) so the scratch-proof side is now facing outward, and replaced one of the wire hinges because it was slightly damaged. Joseph is the most competent frame worker I've had the pleasure of working with; he takes his projects with personal pride and he does it with extreme efficiency! Definitely coming back here for any of my framing needs and highly recommend anyone needing maintenance on framed pictures -- ask for Joseph!! Bravissimo Hobby Lobby and Joseph Z! One recommendation I have for HOBBY LOBBY in general, is to use a single checkout line system that feeds into multiple registers so your customers can checkout more efficiently.

After deliver, one of the seat cushions was mis-shaped in comparison to the rest of the cushions. Contacted the company and it was agreed that the cushion was defective and that they would replace it. They were supposed to send a new seat cushion, but instead I received an entire base section of the sofa. After delivery, we realized that the new piece was defective on the base portion! The stitching from right to left side was off over 3.5 inches along the front face. I called and sent photos and was again agreed the piece was defective. I was again sent a new section of the sofa. Now, the new cushion seat material has been sewn "stretched", which is causing the whole cushion to "crease" to one side! I have wasted so much time and spoke with so many different people trying to correct the flaws of the craftsmanship of this sofa! I'm exhausted with it. If you are looking for money=quality - this company has not been it!
