When i said I could not use them, the owner got angry with me (like it was my fault) and said he couldn't do the badges for me. I bought them anyway because i needed the badges that day for an event. I had to replace them (PINK-WHITE & PURPLE. old glory didn't go over well in a patriotic crowd) I tried again to use his services. I wanted the Charity Name, (Counseling to Careers, Our Veterans and Families) a picture of the WWII famous kiss and the name of the Gala AND the year on the Yeti style cups. I got everything EXCEPT THE NAME OF THE COMPANY AND THE YEAR!! (He didn't follow instructions) AND one of the lids was broken! I know We didn't break the lid, and He denies he did it and tried to bully me by saying "Are you calling me a liar?" He called in his side kick who told me that she "expected me to give them trouble over the broken lid, because that is the kind of guy you are" Then she brought up my displeasure over the PINK-WHITE & PURPLE FLAG badges as if I should have liked them. There was only one tiny piece of lid debris in the box which the cups were delivered to him in, and the rest i am sure was in their trash can in the back. Now the veterans charity Counseling to Careers will need to spend money twice (we paid them for the cups) ... to have the cups engraved again, to put the company name on them AND THE YEAR...WHICH THEY ALSO NEGLECTED TO PUT ON THEM. This takes money directly out of services we supply for free to our Veterans and their Families. Services such as PTSD counseling, Suicide prevention, Employment services, and homeless support. By the way, the Award Trophy guy said "we don't want any of your business anymore", like I would give them a third chance. I suggest that you don't give them the benefit of the doubt. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, the cups were supposed to be $12 each for the engraving. they overcharged our charity by over $11.00.

We had the air boat ride with Captain Alex and he was great!! Very funny and entertaining, but extremely knowledgeable about the local wild life and ecosystem. The air boat ride lasted about an hour. We saw a ton of alligators, turkey vultures, bald eagles, and a ton of other wild life. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the area that wants to experience the wild habitats of Florida.

I'm so thankful that we came here because I found a beautiful tiny succulent plant and Cary, who was working here today was VERY knowledgeable about how to care for the plants there, including the succulent that we purchased, along with an air plant that we purchased. I've cared for succulents before and I still learned a lot about caring for succulents. Not to mention I learned how to properly care for my air plant. My mom purchased two plants for herself as well and she was told how to care for them by Cary. I also want to talk about the inside store here, it has so many beautiful plants to purchase and they also sell gifts to buy, such as beautiful jewelry. I also found out that they are working towards opening their cafe again here. This is such an amazing place, and to top it off they have Cary, who is an amazing person, working here. **INITIAL REVIEW**…read more The Cape Canaveral Lighthouse Tour (which I will shorthand simply to the Lighthouse Tour) has been one of those "backyard adventures" I've been wanting to go on for the longest time. Eventually, I was able to partake in said adventure with my friends, Nate and Chops. Afterwards, I have to say that even for a probably "one-and-done" for a tour, it is definitely worth every penny spent. This tour was everything I wanted and loved, and it delivered. First and foremost, the actual business building for the Lighthouse Tour is nothing you have to worry about. According to all the tours, you will meet up at the Sands Space Museum and take a charter van to multiple locales on the tour. Before we get to the actual tour I partook in, it should be noted there are numerous tour options such as the museums alone, the lighthouse alone, or the full experience. Prices range from $35 (lighthouse only) to $65 (full tour). I went with the latter which includes numerous museums, historic launch sites, and the Cape Canaveral Lighthouse. It should also be noted that the more you do, the longer the tour. The full tour is four hours long. Please take note the things you need to check before the tour such as wearing shoes if you plan to walk up the five floors of the lighthouse, small bags allowed with small closed-contained foods and drinks only. Finally, you need to fill out a clearance check as all the stops, with the exception of Sands Space Museum, is on the Cape Canaveral Air Force Military Base. With those in mind, the full tour - known as the Cape Canaveral Lighthouse and Space Flight Tour - is all the stops if possible. I say "if possible" because some stops may be closed for maintenance or upgrades. For us, The Sands Space Museum, where the tour stars, was closed for renovation. However, the museum is free and not on protected property so I can go back and check it out. We visited four different launch sites, three museums, and the Cape Canaveral lighthouse. I personally loved the lighthouse and Hanger "A" which housed some of the larger historic rockets and jets that have helped bring NASA and the U.S. military where it is now. I personally was surprised that the first drone was used as target practice. I can't really detail everything I saw or this would become one my longest reviews, longer than I usually do. Just know that, like I said earlier in the review, for a possible one-and-done, it is worth every penny. However, if you really want to make sure the tour is a one-and-done, pay for the full tour. You'll have enough time to visit everything within the four hours, and if anything is closed, they'll take you to the Canaveral National Seashore, which was amazing because it is literally almost "untouched" by tourism. I will give this tour four out of five stars. I am not going to say consistency will earn the fifth star because only a super fan will take this tour numerous times... or work for the tour company. I will say that the lacking star has to do with the price. It can be high overall especially if stops are closed for some reason.
