The damage was witnessed, acknowledged, and followed by repeated promises that it would be repaired. Months later, repairs and agreed-upon work remain incomplete. Instead of taking responsibility and addressing the damage, the owner responded with false personal allegations and comments unrelated to the work performed. My review is based on documented facts, including photos, videos, and communication records. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Get everything in writing, document everything, and proceed with caution.

He stopped by and spoke with one of the guys to ask for a quote. The owner reached out within 3 minutes and stopped by within 10 minutes to give my husband a quote for the removal of at least 10 bushes, 3 trees, and a large stump. Sven was the first to respond. He offered to come out immediately after normal work hours for a free quote. He thoroughly inspected the tree and assured me that it wasn't in imminent danger of falling over. That night he sent over a quote that was substantially lower than I had feared it would. They also were the only contractor who did not come do a site survey before giving me a quote, which led to a logistical issue of where to stage the bucket lift and needing to drive the large truck in between our fence posts. I did explicitly say we were planning on replacing the fence, so I am not particularly upset, but I have to mention on this review that he bent our fence post with the truck and did not mention it to us. Imo, just a few avoidable logistical issues. Great tree service? Yes, absolutely. Good work and good value. Professional conduct? I'm sorry to say could be better.
