This place is one of my favorites. I don't eat bread and love their triple burger wrapped in lettuce. All of the ingredients are very fresh and everything is cooked when you order, so it makes a very hot and tasty burger. I also love the cajun fries. I eat here at least once a week. read more

Well, prepare to be incredibly let down if you've ever gone to, and enjoyed Five Guys in the past. Where do I begin? Let's start with the price. I haven't been to a Five Guys in a while, and I was SHOCKED at how significantly the prices have been raised. I didn't mind though, because I love their burgers and especially their fries, so no big. When we got our food, I eager pulled out my regular fries I was sharing with my husband, only to find they have EASILY cut the size of the fries in half. Say what? That's disappointing! When we opened our burgers up, the plastic cheese wasn't even melted, and our burgers literally had ZERO flavor. We even added salt, and I have never, ever done that at a burger joint. So, we won't be coming here again. That's a bummer, but a lesson learned! read more

We already know five guys is expensive, but when I pay $30 for 1 drink 1 small fry and two cheeseburgers I expect my meal to be pretty stand out. Which it was that's why I gave 3 stars, but the service sucked. I'm a Utahn I love fry sauce I eat it with everything. Usually they have their dispenser, which I love because I can eat as much as I want. But when I asked for more fry sauce cups they said NO! First the girl lied to me and said she put a couple in there, which she didn't. She knew I was going to ask for more so she straight up lied to me. Second she would one give me 1 more. She showed me the bucket filled with fry sauces and said it's the last of the shipment.. so what! When I pay $30 for the list I mentioned I expect as much fry sauce and I want! Food was good, but I went here because across the street there was 27 cars in line for chick filet. (I counted) there was 5 sets of family's in 5 guys we of which had food they were eating. As I sit here I counted 43 cars get their food at chick filet.... 43 people got their order there before 3 got theirs at 5 guys. I have been to a lot of different burger joints all over, and five guys has still been one of my favorites. I always here people saying that they think that In-N-Out burger is their favorite burger joint and that the food is the best ever, but really to me Five guys is much tastier and a lot more fun. With the staff shouting out orders, and the food always being way tasty you just can't go wrong. I also like that the fries can be shared with whoever you are eating with. The portions are HUGE and it's a lot easier to just split it with a few friends. It's worth the price, and the quality has always been above what other burger joints have been for me in the past. Never again! The hamburger was around $7.50 and it was no better than a burger you can get at Carl's Jr. The fries were around $3.50 and the fountain drink was around $2.50. I know folks love 5 Guys but I have to disagree. This was my first experience at a 5 Guys and I won't be rushing back. The food is good, but this location lacks the normal energy the you get from a five guys. No one was smiling, no one welcomed you as you walk in, and there's no communication between the employees. One of the girls was sweeping and didn't even have the motivation to pick the dust pan off the floor. She just drug it around. It was a pretty pathetic experience. This 5 Guys is the worst and especially on Sunday. Got a bacon cheese burger, when it came to us the patties were cool enough that no ones cheese was melted even after eating the fries. The large fry for 6 bucks was less than what you get at any other burger joint for $2. We asked for a side of Cajun seasoning since we had our three year old who wanted plain fries and the dusting they gave us didn't even cover the bottom of the condiment cup. In the end we asked for 4 sides of cajun dust. You still couldn't even taste it. This place is truly the worst! read more

Good Burgers. You only need to order a small fry and split it. They fill your bag and cup with fry's. Burgers taste homemade and you can get many different toppings on it. A little expensive for what you get. One of the better burger places in town especially for a chain restaurant. read more

I like this place, but I am mixed on where to go when I want a good burger. The challenge that I have with them is that their prices are a bit on the high side. Sure quality food has a cost, but seems to me that In and Out or JCWs is pretty good and a little more reasonable. Still a change is good every now and then. Yay! They worked out their Cajun seasoning. We've been there a few times in the last few months and every time their fries have been spot on. Great burgers, fries and staff. I need to give a shout out to the gentlemen that attends to the dining area. Mr. Mustache is how I'll refer to him since I unfortunately do not know his name. I've got to say, Mr Mustache, has an excellent work ethic. You have always made sure everything is in tip top shape and my whole family salutes you. You sir make this restaurant better. The work you do is an example to everyone around you and I hope that you know that while many just come in, eat and go, there are those that notice how clean and organized everything is when you're working and also notice how polite you are to those around you. Alright so I show up to Five Guys with my buddy ready for a good burger. My buddy says this was the place to get it. So I'm in line I'm getting pumped up, I'm gobbling up them peanuts and thinking this place is pretty cool. I take my order I ask for a bacon burger all the way. I'm not going to lie they got it out real quick. So I open the burger and as I'm about to take a bite out of it I see the patty and it looks pretty small. I take off the bun to see the patty and it was about half the size of your palm. It's my first time here so I'm thinking maybe this is just what it is but then I see my friends and it looks legit. The patty is nice and big. So I go up and I simply ask just for new patty, not even a new burger but just a new patty and the lady at the counter said that I was wrong and it was the correct size even though it was half the size of my friends which was the exact same burger as mine. She then goes on talking about how they weigh their patties and crap and the whole time I was just thinking wow this lady doesn't know how to read a scale then. Sooooo after she told me I was wrong I go back to my seat and start to eat. Then this non employee man comes up to me and asks what was wrong with my burger. I show him the size of the patty and he says that it was the same size of the kids burger his daughter got. He then went on talking about how this isn't McDonald's it's a higher tier and they should be doing better. This was pretty funny and this guy is the only reason I'm giving Five Guys even 1 star. Overall I would not suggest Five Guys their service is crap and when we went back to the car we even saw 4 workers all outside slacking off taking a nice vape. You it's fine do what you want but I'm just saying if anybody at Five Guys sees this they should know that their service needs some improvement. read more

This is a burger aficianados heaven. I love this place. I love that there is no freezer and everything is fresh. I love that I can customize my burger and get jalepenos so many other wonderful things. The Jr. burger is a generous one and more than enough for me. Especially because the fries are the bomb! (Calorie wise too but with fries this good who cares?!?!?!). When you get your burger is it hot, juicy, and everything is melted together in a mouth-watering little bit of burger heaven. You're gonna need a lot of napkins for this meal, baby! Also, the hot dog is fantastic! The person who cleans up the tables is always so friendly and asks if we need anything. I normally get the little bacon cheeseburger with bbq sauce and grilled mushrooms OR little cheese burger with tomatoes, lettuce, ketchup and mayo. Either way is so good! How on earth can you charge these prices for this kind of food. It's OK, but c'mon. I'm not alone in this either, plenty of people mention the same thing. Also here's a tip, don't serve greasy fries in a brown bag. The bag looks awful covered in grease and it makes you feel like a fat slob who shouldn't be eating it. With all that said, they seem to be busy. However, if and when you go, do take a look around and look at what the average person looks like there. Notice any commonalities in size??
