On my way home from Camano Island, I stopped by for a burger to eat at Five Guys. I've been here several times and liked the peanuts being served for free. But this time it wasn't. I missed that service. And I found information about peanuts on the Five Guys website, so I'll share it. Enhanced Safety: We still have peanuts available at our restaurants and we no longer keep them out in the public dining area. If you'd like some peanuts with your meal or while you wait for your order, just ask and we can bring them out for you! Great!!! I wished I know that. I added veggies and mushrooms as a topping for the little Bacon Cheeseburger. The burger was thicker and bigger than I expected. Absolutely yummy. If you have more than 2 people, I recommend ordering a large size of fry. The price of regular size and large size...Only $1.60 different. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger all the way add BBQ sauce. It was ok- certainly neither the best or the worst burger I've had. The buns are not capable of supporting this burger. I ate more of it with a fork as it fell apart on the table in pieces than I did as a traditional burger. Service was indeed fast. As for value? I felt the prices were a little high. Everything was fine until my son needed to use the restroom. He opened up the door and fell hard on his side. A piece of advice? The wet floor sign inside the bathroom was fine but next time, maybe a wet floor sign OUTSIDE the restroom would be prudent, especially if you can't even walk in the door without falling down and getting injured. Won't drop fries until you walk in the door on a pickup order. What is the point of a pickup order then? Call in 10 min early to wait inside an additional 5 min? Garbage. I even specifically asked if they would drop my fries as I was already in the parking lot. Won't do it. During COVID why would I want to spend extra time in the restaurant if I called in for pickup? Our first visit to Five guys and we are hooked! I am a Burgerville USA and In N Out fan and this visit exceeded all expectations. We both ordered a small cheeseburger all the way with jalapenos. Not as spicy as i like but a great eating experience! We split a regular order of Cajun fries that were fantastic. But a smaller portion needs to be available when you don't have anyone to share with. Love the FF here! They are my only go to for FF in the State of Washington. I'm originally from Cali and enjoyed In-Out-Burgers FF for years! When I moved here I tried many FF too find my favorite ones! I got hooked after the first time here. Fresh cut FF cooked to order and I always ask for "Extra Crispy". The servings are very gracious and salted just perfectly! You can also opt for the special seasoning. Five guys also has my favorite crunch ice! I'm a vegan, soy free and I am GF, so I do not partake in any of the sandwiches. The rest of my family enjoys the protein style burgers with lettuce instead of the bun. Dear Five Guys, I haven't been to this place in a while but I was craving some of your fries. As soon as I walked in the volume of the music almost knocked me over. How ridiculous. It should be BACKGROUND music that is low enough that two or more people can talk to each other without having to yell at the top of their lungs, not like walking into a rave.
