I'd give it a 0 star rating if possible. I ordered directly from the website, and selected no contact delivery. When it arrived, my milkshake was missing. I didn't think it was that big of a deal. So I called the store. I explained the situation to the man who answered and I asked if I can get a partial refund for the missing milk shake. He said he would have to speak to his manager. He put the phone down, but not on hold, so I heard the conversation. The manager immediately sounded frustrated and stated they don't deal with door dashers forgetting items and that I would have to call door dash. The man spoke to me again and said "it's door dash right?" I said no, I ordered directly through your website. He said sorry he had never dealt with this and he needed a minute. I said no problem, thank you and put the phone down again. I heard him say, "she said she ordered it directly through our website but for delivery but that's weird, we don't have delivery right?" It felt like he was saying I was lying, which I have no reason too. As from the sound of the manager and his conversation they could see in front of them that a shake had not been picked up. He returned to the phone and said that the general manager would speak to me later. And then there was silence. I said okay, so I'm waiting for a random phone call later? He said yes, if you give us your number. Mind you, I have an account, my number should have been in front of them, but regardless I gave my number again. He stated they couldn't fix it then so the GM would speak to me later. I said okay, I wanted to let you know I heard what you said I wanted to confirm I did in fact order directly through the website, and there is a delivery option. I stated The email confirmation I got states, "Thanks for your order! Your Five Guys meal will be delivered soon by a third-party provider; please contact the store directly if you have any problems." He said okay, I've never dealt with this. I said no worries, I just wanted you to know what it says on my end. He said okay. Thank you. Bye. And the Call ended. I never got an apology for the missing item or even an apology, "so sorry this happened, let's make it right" and I never got confirmation that I'd get a refund or it would be handled. I subsequently filled out a customer service report and a feedback report that was emailed to me. It's been 2 days and I have not received a call or email back. And now I'm leaving this review. I have no faith that I'll ever get a call back, and no faith I'll get a refund for my missing item either, which is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional to keep money for an item that wasn't provided. It's not specifically about the money at this point but the disregard for customer concerns and keeping money for an item that wasn't provided. I will never return to this location. Update: I still never got a call from the GM or the store itself but someone from corporate did email me, apologized several times and handled a refund for the missing item. read more

Ordered, on line burger/bacon double with fries. At 3:35pm. And received the Leftover Burger/Bacon and fries from Lunch time. Which were terrible. Didn't realize what they gave until I got to work. Or I would surely went back and got my money back. They are unfriendly and there food Sucks, Bacon was in pieces dry as a Desert. The Fries were dry as the Desert, not freshly made like it says on-line made when you get there and not before. Burger was soggy more likely micro waved. I need to be Honest, at this five guys franchise, they can Shove there five guys up their BUTT !!! What goes around comes around, to you two at this five guys. read more

Five Guys isn't very vegetarian friendly but I love their cajun fries. They do have a vegetarian sandwich but it's just peppers, onions, and cheese on a burger bun. It gets soggy quickly and hasn't wowed me in the past. At 4pm on Saturday, this location wasn't too crowded but we did have to wait a few minutes for our order. I love that every Five Guys adds an extra scoop of fries to the bag so no matter what size you order, you get a huge portion. The cajun fries could have used a little more seasoning this time around but they were still good. My boyfriend said that his cheeseburger and hot dog needed more flavor. Their ketchup dispenser wasn't working so we had to use packets instead. On the positive side, I was impressed with their selection of toppings, including fresh jalapenos. read more

The burgers are good, quality meat. Ordering online is easy and you can choose your pick up time within 15 minute blocks. The fries were disappointing, didn't taste fresh. They don't have any tables outside, unlike other Five Guy's we have eaten at. So, all in all, just OK. read more

Amazing how often this place is closed. Almost as if closed sundays every other month. Weird how they advertise open 7days. Tried Five Guys in Plymouth for the first time two days ago. Nobody in line but I stood at the counter about a minute waiting for the guy to finish his conversation with a coworker. Ordered a burger with lettuce, tomato and onions and small fries. There we're about five food preparers behind the counter and nobody waiting for food before me but somehow it took 15 minutes to make one burger. Nobody smiled. Seemed they didn't want to be there. When they called my number I was at the pickup counter and the woman just shoved my bag at me without looking at me or saying a word and walked away. The burger was two well done patties on top of one another. The tomato was in pieces and the onion came uncooked chopped into half inch white squares that fell out of every side. Honestly the worst-tasting burger I've ever had. The very greasy fries were served in what looked like a beverage cup. About 90 minutes later my stomach felt terrible and I had to take alka seltzer for some relief. Next day I woke up with a nasty chest cold at the top of my lungs and a hacking cough. Thought since all the restaurant did was basically burgers, they must be something special. Mine was especially expensive and crappy tasting and quite probably made me sick. read more

I like the burgers . Love them in fact ! But yet again their customer service is lacking. Maybe they can't comprehend the written word ? Ordered my usual regular hamburger / bacon / lettuce and mayo. And a bottled water. Waited 16 minutes and they called my number. Brought to the table and zero bacon. (The guy who took my order specifically said he would make sure it was correct ) Nope ! Was not. Brought it back and a bacon was added . What is the big deal ? I have to pick up all my stuff to return it to the counter and then receive a snarky attitude . I replied and said how come you folks can't get it right ? Seems all locations I frequent leave something off . His reply "then maybe you shouldn't come here " ( brand new store btw ). SO I said "I agree. I won't ". Just then the manager walked in the kitchen and asked "won't what?" I answered "come here anymore per his suggestion (I pointed to employee). He missed the bacon on the bacon burger order. Hard to have a bacon burger without bacon ". All the while speaking in respectful / humorous tones . So manager made me another burger. Mind you, the regular comes with two patty's So I didn't and couldn't eat another. Not sure what that accomplished making me another burger . Got to this location in Plymouth at 8:30pm on a Friday night and sign on the door says closes at 10 pm the employees are all inside some are eating others are cleaning but door is locked .. change your sign and hours! read more

I have come in here all different times and never has there been "five guys" I even include females in the "guys" but never "five guys" for that I must remove a star. Otherwise an amazing places for burgers and shakes. read more
