I am a regular here! Staff is super nice and very quick to get orders out. Burgers are super consistent, can't complain! I'm a huge fan of Five Guys burgers :) Restaurant is also clean with plenty of seating! I had a really stand out experience here with staff giving us some free burgers after we came in past closing without realizing. They re-opened the grill to serve us just out of kindness and I really appreciated that, I feel like that's representative of every experience I've had in the 10+ times I've dined at this location. In between a 2-3 and decided to round up. The cost is pricey so be sure to eat your fill of peanuts, I can't imagine that is not added to the cost of everything given a simple burger and fries cost me around $20. I would not consider their food close to gourmet at all yet the prices are creeping into that territory. Perhaps there is someone who gets every single topping available but I didn't do that. I got the bacon burger and regretted not getting the cheese given the burger lacked flavor. I appreciate the cleanliness of indoor dining. If you have been to one Five Guys, you have been to them all. I love the concept of paying one price and being able to put as many toppings on as you want, especially because it is a generous list of toppings! For $10 for a burger, you really can't beat that! BUT, when you add in the $5 fries, I am not sure it is quite a deal any more (with tax, it ends up being $18 so for a few dollars more, you might as well go to a sit-down restaurant and get a really nice burger and fries). The burgers are nicely done (never frozen and made fresh daily) and a nice portion. The fries are made in peanut oil which is supposedly good for cholesterol. I think it must be the fries that are extremely greasy because when you get it to go (or have leftovers), the grease is seeping through the brown paper bag. Their were not any gluten-free options so I wasn't able to eat there, but my family was and they enjoyed the food. The restaurant was really clean. The person taking our order was friendly and very patient as we were trying to figure out what we wanted. Overall, it is a good place if you want a burger and are starving so need it fast or need something quick to go...or need something late once the restaurants have closed since they are open until 11pm. For the money, if you have more time, I would recommend a sit-down restaurant to get a more deluxe burger and fries since you'd only need to pay a few dollars more. read more

I've frequented my local Five Guys over the last couple of years, and while the burgers can be a bit pricey, I keep coming back because it's worth it. The service is excellent here, I almost never have to wait in line to order, and the burgers are consistently good. I really like that I can add whatever topping I want to my burger. Just finished working out and was hungry, but also on a keto diet, so nothing that I could eat sounded appetizing at the time. Didn't feel like cooking, so decided to get a lettuce wrap burger. Only my second time having a Five Guys burger, and I really like the all the extra toppings you can add on with no additional charge. I was really surprised at how good my lettuce wrap burger came out. I've had a couple lettuce wrap burgers not too long before this, and this was the only one that I can hold and eat like a burger. They wrapped it and put it together very well, and did not become a mess until my last few bites. Solid, fast burger option and I appreciate that they have a "little" burger (smaller pattie) option. It's always bumping during the rush hours which I find the burgers are definitely prepared rush. Would like to see the buns to be warmer and cheese to be more melted on the burgers. Nonetheless, it all fresh and fills you up. The burger was tasty, however, the patty was pretty bland and there were barely any toppings on the burger. The fries were unfortunately way too salty. Ordered a larger order on the Five Guys website for our office. When the order was delivered it was missing 1 Burger and 4 orders of fries. When I called the store to ask about the missing items they said "they are sitting here you can come get it". I told them we could not do that and to please credit for the missing items and Jairo (manager) refused to do that. I ordered through their website not a 3rd party so it is Five Guys responsibility to ensure the delivery and they are refusing to even credit back the items that they confirmed were not picked up by their delivery service. When I lived in DC, I ate at Five Guys all the time, especially since it started in northern Virginia. And when I moved back home, I was so happy to learn that the franchise had expanded to the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Though prices have increased, it's still a solid burger. I recently visited Five Guys in Bellevue. I blame it on a YouTube blogger I was watching who was reviewing Five Guys, which had me craving a burger I hadn't had in years! So there I went for lunch and the place was pretty quiet on a weekday. I ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard and pickles and cajun fries. It didn't take long to get, even though they grill the patties as soon as you order, which I appreciate. A standard cheeseburger at Five Guys comes with two patties, so it's a heavy burger. You do have the option of ordering a "small" burger, which has one patty. The burger was tasty and as soon as I took a bite, I was reminded of what I had been missing for so long. The fresh patties were juicy, especially with the melted American cheese and the soft bun kind of melts within the burger. It's messy, for sure. But there's something appetizing and comforting of a classic burger that has all the standard toppings. And the cajun fries, which are the same price as the house fries are ones I'd recommend for some zesty seasoning. Also, a small fry is more than enough for one person, so is good for sharing. All in all, I'm still a fan of Five Guys. I mean, I still wish the burger was six bucks instead of it being a little over eight bucks now. But as it goes with business, prices tend to increase. Nice to know I can be reacquainted with this burger, whenever I get a hankering for a double with cajun fries, my usual order here. Very impressed with our burgers! Freshly cooked, lots of meat, with a beautiful char around the edge. All the toppings you could want (I had white cheddar, lettuce, onion, tomato, sauteed mushrooms, pickle, ketchup and mustard; my other added BBQ sauce). Really great burgers. We ordered large fries to split, and could have shared a small! Huge amount of fries. They were freshly made and piping hot. Their color was beautifully golden, but only about half were crispy. Which was ok since we didn't need to eat all of them! We asked for ketchup and hot sauce to dip the fries, and they forgot to include the hot sauce in our bag. Looking for a five guys to get a good burger after a day of running errands. Planned on taking it with me but was pleasantly surprised that you could dine in. Most locations were not offering this service. I got the little cheeseburger, with the regular fries. I always get the burger with jalopenos. They generally have a kick and these today did not disappoint. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Only thing maybe to point out is that they generally have a dining room attendant. I didn't know I had another location nearby so I kept coming to this one But didn't really matter. I got my lettuce wrapped burgers, no fries for diet! The downside is that burgers are not consistent. This can be a good side as they are more natural and you can think they are as your grill ones. But sometimes they are kinda burnt and small. And usually I notice it when I've left and am hungry. I don't go back neither because they take a lot to give you your order specially when there's more parties. This deserves 3 stars :S What I didn't like is that I never got the right entrance and ended on the Bank's parking and then having to walk through to get to them. I guess this was one fast that made them move some yards off from there. And that is really beneficial for everybody. I think they are more visible ON 148th now and parking is so much easier. I've been a fan of 5 guys for a while now. They do the solid burger. I typically get a cheeseburger w/ ketchup, mayo, mustard, lettuce, pickle and onions. I refer to it as the All American! And every time they make it to burger perfection. I'll take this over Wibley's, Way back and Red Robin which are all close by. While it is not a gastropub type burger when it comes to a solid, old fashioned burger it hits the spot every time! This place was clean, the people nice and the service quick. I ordered their most expensive sandwich the bacon cheeseburger and it was certainly not worth the price point. 20 bucks out the door for just a sandwich and the burger was the size of a whopper and average tasting. They also have a bad habit of using wayyyyy too little wrapping paper for some reason they don't wrap the entire burger so the top half of my burger ended up on the floor when I tried to unwrap the sandwich. I watched them do this with every burger they prepared. Why they do it? I don't know other than to save paper. Will they change this habit? Probably not. The employee saw my burger fall apart and gave me another top bun. The reasoning for their higher prices as a fast food joint is because their toppings are unlimited. Decided to "honor" National Burger Day with Five Guys, what a great decision. Ordered online for 12PM and was out of the store with all the stuff at 11:59, very efficient. The only fast food burger joint I go to in Bellevue that is made to order and reasonably priced. I typically go here when I'm in a pinch and don't have time to make dinner. It's rarely a long wait to order and receiving my food which is huge win for me. Plenty of parking as well. You can't beat unlimited add on's at no extra cost. Same with the milkshake! So customize your order away! Everything is freshly made to order and they definitely don't skimp out on ingredients. I love that they pour extra fries into your bag! I love that for a fast food burger place they keep it simple and make it good and made to order. I love that you can have roasted peanuts while you wait and they are so good. One of the reasons I like to come here. My son had the hot dog, I had the little bacon burger, and my husband had the cheeseburger "all the way". The fries are really good and they are cooked in 100% peanut oil. So this place is definitely not for people with peanut allergies. My son loves that they have the coke soda machine with the variety of sodas and flavors you can make. He likes to experiment and make all kinds of drinks. Definitely a great bite to eat. I went to Five Guys the other day for lunch. I got fries, a plain bacon cheeseburger and a soda. The price was about $18, which was ridiculously high I thought. You do get a lot of food for the price, which is great. Burgers are made to order here. Fries are peeled and cut in house. The fries tasted amazing and they load you up with them! The bacon cheeseburger on the other hand was lacking. It wasn't seasoned that well and tasted rather bland. Staff were friendly enough for a fast food joint. I was born and raised in the Washington DC area, just like Five Guys, and so I've been eating these burgers for a really long time. It's nice to see that Five Guys has been successful enough to expand out here as well. I've been visiting this location for years, so a review is long overdue. It's worthwhile before coming here to keep in mind Five Guys' simple concept: the idea is to make fast food without compromising freshness or taste. They are not fancy or complicated, and don't intend to be. It's all about delicious burgers and fries. They sell some other stuff too (e.g., grilled cheese, hot dogs), but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here just for those items. This is a classic burger joint, and if you like juicy, greasy burgers, made to order and fresh, Five Guys is worth a visit. This location is a good one, especially in terms of the food, but it gets quite busy and could stand to be cleaned more often and more diligently. Additionally, they are often behind on restocking things like napkins, ketchup, and fountain drinks. With that said, all of the staff here have consistently been very nice, and they've kept this up for years, so they are being managed well in terms of being friendly and helpful. The inside of the restaurant is a medium-sized space, well lit, and busy. Like all Five Guys locations, decor is reminiscent of a 1950s-style burger joint, with white and red tile on the walls, stacks and stacks of raw potatoes and barrels of peanut oil, and those weird Five Guys chairs that LOOK like they're made of wood but are actually made of metal. Still don't get that... Anyway, burger ordering is very simple and very customizable. Choose from a few basic layouts (one or two patties, with or without cheese and/or bacon) and then choose from a large list of toppings. My standard is a "Little (one-patty) Bacon Burger" with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, ketchup and mustard. You can also order fries, regular or Cajun-style. The Cajun-style fries are my favorite, and are just regular fries covered in hot Cajun spices that go great on their own or with ketchup. The burgers are made to order, cooked and prepared while you wait. It usually takes 5-8 minutes or so. The burgers are seasoned well, cooked well-done, and come out just a little greasy/oily but generally very delicious. One small annoyance is that all orders -- whether eaten in the restaurant or to-go -- are thrown into a tiny paper bag. And like all Five Guys, unless you specifically demand otherwise, they put the burger in this tiny bag first, then a cup for the fries next to the burger (inside the bag still), and then dump in a mountain's worth of fries into the bag on top of everything. French fry grease (and cajun spices) gets everywhere, all over the foil, soaking through the paper bag, and on your hands whenever you reach in. Most of the fries are at the bottom of the bag and not in the cup, every time. Be sure you eat somewhere close to a restroom so you can wash your hands afterwards. Generally, this Five Guys is a good location and showcases everything that this restaurant stands for well. If you're a lover of simple, freshly cooked burgers, you're doing yourself a favor stopping in here. read more
