My burger and fries came out quick and accurate. It's cooked and seasoned well. If I wasn't in a rush, I would eat there. Alright so I've been going to Five Guys for years and has always been my go-to place for great burgers and fries. However my most recent visit was a huge disappointment. The employees were very polite however when I went to go fill my cup up one of their machines wouldn't dispense ice, so I used the other machine only to find out that machine wasn't dispensing the soda I wanted (coke), so I went back to the other machine. I filled it up with coke cream soda and the drink was missing the coke entirely it seemed so I tried the cherry/vanilla and the coke flavor was there but extremely flat. Then I notice the burgers I requested are not being prepared the way I requested (no cheese on one and no tomatoes and mushrooms on the other). Fortunately the make some new ones. I take them home and one burger has hardly any condiments in it at all to where you can't even taste them, and the other had tomatoes on it which I had requested twice no tomatoes. To tie it all together the burgers were very dry and just not fresh tasting and the fries were stale and cold. Never thought I'd have a poor Five Guys experience but here we are. read more

I originally came in here with my son but I've gone back many times without him! Their burgers are mouth-wateringly good and the Cajun fries are unbeatable. The only complaint of mine is the prizes can be a bit high. My favorite part of this specific Five Guys is their staff, especially a nice gentleman named Gabriel. Gabriel has given me an unforgettable experience every time I order food from this Five Guys. The only time I've had trouble with the employees was with a man named Nick, but luckily Gabriel came over and took over the order. Don't let the prices deter you! 1st time to this location. I've been to multiple 5 guys. They are all pretty much the same. Good burger, overpriced. This review is more towards the staff. I came by around 7:30 on 10/25/21. 1 guys was working the front. He was taking orders / cooking / 1 man show. I asked if he was "Lone Ranger" he said others were in back. Never saw anyone else. This guys was serving 8/10 customers. He was very prompt, courteous and professional. I just hope the Mgmt reads this and commends this young man for well representing the company. Burger was fine as usual. I travel extensively for business and dine out often. More times than not, many I have encountered couldn't care less. A great place for vegetarians! Got their Cheese Veggie Sandwich and it was SO GOOD. You can customize your sandwich any way you like and ALL of their topping are FREE. Their fries are also really good. Quick Tip: get a small because the bottom of your bag will be filled with fries as well. Your basically getting a medium for the price of a small. Five Guys is a legendary location for burgers and fires for it never disappoints and I always finish all my food and the staff is always nice. Also all toppings on burgers are free. You can also get a side of peanuts for free while your waiting. The drink Fountain is amazing as it has every soda but it didn't have Root beer . This location is newer I always went to the one on riverside which I think is the best location to eat at. My last experience here was last night I went in and got to order right away as I'm ordering I am notice how expensive it is I never notice because I always had someone buying. I order a cheese burger with grilled onions always grill your onions, Jalapeños grilled, mustard, and pickles with a small Cajun fries and a regular drink. My total ended up being $17.43 which I think is a little outrageous. It took around five minutes give or take, to get my order out to me. When I examined my burger it had no pickles which made me mad but so on I took a bite and I was happy again the burger was juicy and savory along with the fries. I have always enjoyed my meals at Five Guys! Today was no exception. We arrived as a party of 6 to celebrate Father's Day.. I am not sure if we did some thing wrong but all the tables were set for seating 4 people so we took and combined two tables. There was nobody else in the restaurant so we thought this was okay. I am not sure of how it suppose to work but as we were leaving we did not put the tales back. So I have to admit it c have been our mistake. The issue that bothered me is that as I approached the door to exit I could here the tables and chairs being slammed around. I looked back and one of the workers yelled loudly and rudely at us by saying sarcastically " don't worry about the tables we will put them back" Again the issue could have been ours to begin with but I felt it was beyond rude to yell quite loudly at us. I ordered from Five Guys on 6 16 2020 my order was. 1 burger cheese and bread only which was the only right order and I had three other Burgers which were all prepared sloppy all the orders was wrong bacon everything on them the bread was soggy it was disgusting I'm actually home on a medical emergency for family members when I received the order Not only was it wrong but they charged me $122 for four burgers and two fries. Due to the medical emergency I did not have time to debate and argue with them about an order being wrong it was disgusting. It was delivered by Postmates due to the fact I only had time past two days to tell them about the situation and now my money cannot be refunded don't waste your money the food is disgusting they seem to have a lot of teenagers working who do not read the orders correctly. My family orders from this establishment frequently. I am on the frontline working in the COVID 19 pandemic I wonder how Postmates and Five Guys Burgers would feel if they received poor medical care. I'm not usually a fan of chain restaurants, especially fast food restaurants because I think they're usually more focused on speed than accuracy and friendliness. But this place is everything and more! The food was excellent! My kids loved their bacon cheeseburgers and I liked my cheeseburger. We ordered the smaller sizes, and it was the perfect amount of food since we shared the regular sized fries. We probably all could have shared the small order of fries. The service was outstanding and fast. The staff was so friendly and hospitable! They checked up on us and even offered to give us more fries if we didn't have enough. I almost laughed because the bag was full of fries! I'm so glad this location is close to my house. Every other customer complains to the cashier about the cost but for some reason the people in their Ivory Tower don't get it!!
