For about 20 years I have used Five Lights Pet Crematory for my retired police dogs, as well as my pets. The most recent being August 2020. All of the people at Five Lights have always been amazing to us. The care, honor, and respects they have shown our dogs was amazing. Its a strange thing to write a review of a place that cremates your pet... I've had the (mis)fortune of having to call Five Lights three times in the last 8 years. They have always been professional, they have always been courteous. They have always been caring. I also think they are one of two places to offer this service in the Grand Valley. Chances are pretty good that you're using them if you have your pet cremated by any local vet or animal hospital, you're just going to end up paying more to the vet to have them do the leg work of contacting Five Lights for you. We just had our old girl cremated and I can only say positive things about how my wife and I were treated. They met us with compassion and kindness. Thank you. read more

Had a really bad experience with this place. Very unprofessional when I spoke on the phone with both an employee male and an old lady owner they were very rude. It took them serveral phone calls to find my dogs record. VERY EXPENSIVE! All they did was burn my dog and put her in a box. Cost over $100. Never offered autopsy or anything. If you are in grand junction I would go to amigo angels they actually give you an option for autopsy and keep good records. (My dog was hit by a car) and now we will never know how exactly or when she went. What kind of people anyway make money off of people's dead pets! I gave them two stars because they picked my dog up from my house and the paw print that I over paid for was nice. But the guy that came and got her was very fake about being sincere about my dead dog. Don't recommend. read more
