If I could give this review 10 stars, I would! I'm from CA and unfortunately had a funeral in GA that I was unable to attend. I reach out to several flower shops in the area and Loretta got back to me shortly after leaving a voicemail. Communication was easy and I was able to send her some ideas of what I was looking for. She was very honest of what flowers she had and what she was able to do and I appreciate that. She had the arrangement made and delivered in 2 days in time for the service. I have nothing but the best to say about these incredible people!!! Loretta and her husband are absolutely amazing. My mother got married this weekend (same time as Brookwood Homecoming) and she only had a month to plan the whole thing and Loretta amazingly agreed to do the floral bouquets. They were gorgeous and just what we wanted. The boutonnières were great with the magnet backs sorry I forgot to get pictures of them. If you need flowers this is the place for you! WOW, Just WOW! BEST customer service EVER! Got news of a friend's father passing late and needed an arrangement sent same day. Called other florist in the area and they did not have the time to hear my story and help or were not interested . I know last minute orders are stressful , but that works on both ends and sometimes cannot be helped. Called 5 Oaks and Jason and his wife went above and beyond! Even though they were Uber busy getting out flowers for a holiday showcase event today , they made suggestions , TOOK PICTURES and sent them so I could see what was available then took something they had and added more per my request . If I could give 10 stars I would! I've been searching high and low for a florist in GA to send my aunts beautiful arrangements for Mother's Day. I have nothing against those big retailers that people use (ie: Proflowers, 1800 Flowers..etc), but I always love working with a local business. I just feel like the quality of service and the overall product is better. Through my search I came across this gem, loved the reviews and decided to try my luck and call. Loretta answered and I knew she would be great! Her energy was infectious and I was instantly relieved. She asked me about my aunt's, personality, what they like, favorite colors etc to get an idea of how to personalize each lady's arrangement. I had so much fun talking to her and forgot that I've never even met her! She asked me what my budget was, when I would like the delivery made and took my details down efficiently and with charm class! Ordered flowers through 1800 flowers that were to be fulfilled by Five Oaks Florist. First they asked if they could deliver the next day vs the day I asked them to be delivered since their driver had left the area. I said fine. The next morning I received a call asking when the recipient would be home so they didn't have to leave the flowers in the rain. I then had to call the recipient, ruin the surprise of them receiving flowers by asking when they would be home to receive them. I found out the time, called the florist back within an hour of their request and they told me they would deliver them the next day that they had already left the area. So they had me ruin the surprise for the person, then proceeded to tell me that they wouldn't deliver them that day now after I had just told the recipient to be home so she could get the flowers. When I asked to cancel the order, I was then told "You're not our customer, 1800 flowers is so you can just call them to cancel". I just so happen to lead 2 departments, one of which is responsible for planning and executing employee recognition events for our 8000 employees. We order a huge amount of flowers throughout the year for funerals, celebrations, service awards, birthdays, etc. When I personally place orders with vendors I always think of them as a new potential vendor for my company. I can assure you, given the unprofessional conduct of this florist, personally and professionally I'll stick with who I already use now. read more

I got married on Christmas Day and the rose arrangement that was done for us was just beautiful. She was careful to consult me thoroughly about the materials I wanted and used the vase I brought, as well as providing me a few extra blooms for use on the cake, which were perfect!
