(Dr Sparling and Dr Yates) I was driving to moore before this office opened. I have been to this office more times then I can count. And have seen both of the drs. I have a four year old and a 7 month old, so I have seen them quite a bit. My son loves them! They have been with us through stitches, and colds, and teething and tummy aches. They talk to my son directly which I love. The office is adorable! Has a little sitting area for adults and a few puzzles and things to play with for the kids while you wait. The rooms themselves are themed, a Disney room, jungle room, books room! I love the small town feel at this office! Always same receptionist. Same nurse. Same two drs. I would and do recommend this office if you are in the Blanchard area. It's a wonderful office, I've called them many times last minute and they have seen me same day. This will be our pediatrician until my boys are no longer kids!

The lobby is clean and and is split with separate sides for sick visits and well visits. They always have the TVs on and kids shows playing. Dr. Fricker is great. He always shows genuine concern for our son's wellbeing and has even called us after hours on his cell phone to follow up and see how our son is doing after a sick visit. The Office Manager can be a little sassy, but don't let that deter you. They also have office hours on Saturdays. If you're looking for a better alternative to your current Pediatrician, give Dr. Fricker a shot. You won't regret it.

If she needs to be seen it's always the same day.We were out of town and she got sick I took her to a doctor in that town. My granddaughter complained about the doctor because she was not him and did not give her a sticker or have a fun office. I called and left him message because she was so sick. He called me back in 2 hours and the nurse called within 15 mins. We had serveral conversations during that week until I got home to see him. He truely loves and cares about his patients.

Once we arrived they gave the kids masks and even had one for me to borrow during my time there if needed. They had a lot of paperwork to fill out, which was a little overwhelming. I probably would have appreciated having it mailed to me to fill out beforehand. It took me the entire doctor's visit to get it done and after. Dr. Amber Landry was extremely professional and so good with the kids. She was patient and answered all my questions. She as well gave each kid a book and they both are new favorites. The staff was so friendly as well and very patient. Will definitely be coming back.

So my son has been a patient of Dr. White for the last 6 or 7 years. When she left LCHC the care…read morewent way downhill. So my son ADHD. There are times that he is on his medication, and there are times that we just go cold turkey. This office does a really poor job of following up with things. The pharmacy would send them prior authorization forms, and they would say that they never received them. So I would keep calling to check on the status of things. I promise that by the time the prior authorization was sent to the insurance company the script had expired. It happened like clockwork. So one day I called and I was telling them like hey I don't want to have to wait another 3 weeks to get this back. The nurses are very rude there. They of course blame everyone else. Her nurses went back to tell her that I was complaining about the insurance company not wanting to pay for the name brand drug. Dr. White then told me that if I wanted him to have the name brand drug then I would have to pay for it myself. Mind you I never said anything like that. I just wanted my son to get his medication. I didn't care about whether or not it was name brand. Shortly after that someone at this office decided to check up on me. Which they have every right to do, because they didn't believe about my son going without medication for the past 10 months. It was easier to believe that I was getting multiple prescriptions filled for him. Again this investigation was brought up because I needed another prior authorization form. Now to the good part. My son had been having issues this past year. He needed to get back onto his medication. So I called to set up the appointment. The doctor had told me that she was going to put him back on the same thing. I asked to try something new, or add something to it. I told her that what he was on before did not do anything for his impulsiveness. They respond well you said that he was passing his classes. I said yes but I also said that that medication has never controlled his impulses. So now I'm a liar. Now I'm non-complaint. Dr. Whites nurses told me well that's not what the chart says. The chart says that you said that the medication was helping. I agreed yes I did say that it was helping him to better focus but I never said it helped him control his impulses. So she goes back to referencing the chart. I need you guys to know something. I am a LPN and I have been one for the past 8 years. I know how this works. I just so happen to African American as well so I know how that works too. This doctors office has under-treating my child for the past two years. They speak to me as if Im ignorant. As if my tiny brain cannot comprehend what they are saying. They have tried to have me investigated for taking my kids medications. The result of that was that my son really hadn't been on medication for the year of 2018. Then they called me up one day and tell me that if my children who by the way had never missed an appointment misses and appointment that they are out. Then they call me again to tell to set up an appointment. Which I did and we made. Then they call me back to tell that since I'm not happy with the care that the doctor is providing for my son that I should find another doctor. I cant describe how said it. The way that it was phrased was like they were trying to get me to agree. Oh yes I should definitely change doctors. That way she would not be responsible if anything were to happen to my son. During this conversation I found out that in the notes they had tried to inform me that the doctor had written an order for a new medication and I declined. No one had ever told me about the medication. I am nurse I would know if a new med was brought up. That's not what my kids chart says. The point is the care here is horrendous. Take your child somewhere, especially if they have ADHD.

Five stars for Junie's pediatrician and this practice!…read more We see Dr. Melissa Lindenau, and we've also seen the Nurse Practitioner Micah. We're delighted to have such a talented, capable doctor and her talented team so close to our house, but it is worth a drive for an easy-going pediatrician who goes out of her way to make sure I'm not super stressed about the little things (a bout of diaper rash or a little cold) but have all the support I need on the big things (breastfeeding, vaccinations, etc.). She is a mom of four, so she has a lot of valuable insights for a busy working mom. We also love Amy and Jennifer on the office staff, and Dr. Lindenau's main nurse, Ashley. She is just as important to our experience as Dr. L, and she is a wonderful nurse. She's very good at her job, equally great with kids and parents, and we just really like her bedside manner. They've been able to get us in quickly the two times we've needed to be seen so far for something other than regularly-scheduled appointments. Most recently when I called, they got me in within an hour to see the NP, which was all we needed and worked perfectly for us. The other reason to go here is they are affiliated with Children's Hospital, which is clearly the hospital of choice for young children in OKC. Meaning, Junie's pediatrician would have privileges at Children's should we need that for any reason. I hope we don't need that, but it is a good think to think about just in case. I like to think this will Juniper's doctor until she's in college!

(She's 36 and has her own kids now) he's been my doctor since my dr Angela left Grand Prairie . He always knows exactly how to reassure me and my mom when we have questions , he's also my 4 year old cousins doctor and he loves him ! I can't recommend Dr Jackson enough ! He's great and he's a Christian so if your looking for a good Christian doctor for your child , you've come to the right place .
