We've been taking our car to Adam for a couple of years now and even though he is right into VW's, he has done an excellent job on our Mazda. Peter knows that he is the only person that looks under my hood, so he is always thorough and let's me know what to watch out for and when I should make my next booking. All the work is explained, in a practical but not condescending way. Sometimes I've waited in their office area, but for the last booking a staff member drove me to the the local shopping mall, and the collected me when the work was done. They keep my car in top condition. They let me know if something needs to be done immediately, or whether it can wait until next service. They provide quotes prior to doing any work, and those quotes have always been accurate. Their prices are competitive, and far less than BMW. Not so Sid's - which is just up the road from Wahroonga Station. You can even easily pick up coffee and breakfast en route to the train! Sid and his team take great care of your car. They'll talk you through the issues and keep you updated with phone calls. Very handy. The garage may be hidden behind the service station, but that's the most convenient part. Sid can leave the keys with the servo, meaning you can swing by whenever and grab your newly serviced ride.

She has the run of the place and she will lie where she wants and chat with whomever she wants. Gary is trustworthy, a good mechanic, and easy to talk to. Its been two years now and all three of our cars and my mums are all looked after here. There has never been a problem and he is reasonably priced. I made the mistake of getting my car serviced in the carpark where I park in town. Bent over deluxe. Never again, back to GDR for me. Nothing like a trustworthy mechanic.
