Get here early if you plan on brunch, especially on a weekend. The right side is take out. Left door is dine in. Very hip open and full of plants. It was our first time and it didn't disappoint. We got the hot cake and the thing I can't say (pictures below). Very good and amazing service. Prices are high but it's park city so you can expect similar anywhere around. I was told the poke was one of there best sellers so that's my next go to item. I did feel pretty crowded and it's bad when you're so close to the next table you feel weird talking, but the food was great. read more

Food here doesn't taste the same as a year ago. I fell in love with their Hot Cake a year ago when I was in Park City, so I came back again for it this time. However, the hot cake and the mascarpone tasted like store bought. It wasn't as crunchy and just didn't taste right. They charged me $2 for an extra small scoop of mascarpone, even though they didn't charge me extra last year and gave me a lot more... The savory waffle & chook was also a disappointment. This was my first meal in Utah after an early flight to SLC, and both my friend and I were super pumped for brunch. However, we both walked away thinking we paid too much for mediocre food. We arrived on a Saturday morning a little after 9 am and waited around 20 minutes. There is some outdoor seating, but it was a bit chilly and rainy when we went so no one was sitting outside. I went with the beef short rib benedict ($14.50), which is slow cooked beef short rib, poached egg, toast, rich apple cider hollandaise, and granny's apples. My friend got the hotcake ($12) with a side of potatoes ($4). First things first, I was surprised to see that my order only came with one egg, as usually benedicts come with two. Because I asked for the hollandaise sauce to be on the side, my benedict literally looked like a sandwich with a poached egg on top. The short rib itself was good and came with generous portions, but I didn't like the toast that it was sandwiched between, as it was extremely tough to cut with a fork and knife. I definitely struggled to eat this, and it got kinda messy. My friend's hotcake looked really nice, but it's pretty heavy and sweet. Just so you have the right expectation, imagine more of a cake than a pancake when you order this. If you're okay eating cake for breakfast, then go for it, but it was too sweet and heavy for my friend. The fruit they used as toppings was deliciously ripe though. Honestly my favorite food item at breakfast was the side order of country style potatoes my friend ordered. It was cut into bite sized chunks with the right amount of flavor and crunch. read more

Located at one end of a strip mall that has local grocery store as anchor tenant, Five5eeds offers delicious and beautifully presented Australian-influenced fare for breakfast and lunch in a spare but hip-welcoming space with table service provided by friendly people.  Add robust coffee and reasonable prices and Five5seeds is a fine choice for casual dining in Park City. Details follow..   WAITING MAY BE THE NAME OF THE GAME:  This is a popular destination with locals (of which there are fewer than 9,000 living full time in Park City) as well as we hordes of visitors (who number in the millions annually). So even though we were visiting during a 'shoulder' week outside of main tourist times and thought we chose wisely to pick a mid week day at around 10:15 we still had to wait for a table for breakfast.   And while tables turned while we enjoyed our meal, there continued to be a few people waiting all the time for seats.  Plan accordingly.   SEATS:  Most of the table seating is standard height, yahoo for that, but tightly spaced. There are also a few of the not-so-comfy-high-counter-height tables that no one ever seems to want to sit at but for last choice. So it was here. EATS:  The dishes on the menu feature local ingredients where feasible and some things decidedly Australian creations (Marmite, anyone?...no?...how about avocado toast since that craze started "down under") as well as others and in a breadth of choices with something for everyone whether omnivore, vegetarian or vegan.   I don't usually eat pancakes or hotcakes and can count on the fingers of one hand with room left over how many times I've consumed any of those in the last five years.  But the hotcake here called my name with the presentation of luscious fresh berries, edible flower petals, micro-arugula (yep, really) and seeds and nuts.  It was a fantabulous in flavor and beauteous to see. (And only about $12.)  I would happily eat it again.  And again.  And again... My husband had high praise for the uniquely presented and deliciously flavored steel-cut oatmeal he ordered (about $10.50) with apples, seeds and whipped mascarpone. The folks at tables around us tucking into Eggs Shakshousa and eggs with bacon and toast were similarly oohing and ahhing about the flavors. Not to mention Five5eeds serves the best coffee we enjoyed in a long while anywhere during all of our at home and away from home coffee libations. I noticed vanilla bean panna cotta with granola and fresh fruit on the breakfast menu (for under ten bucks no less) that also "calls to me" if there was another visit to Park City in our future.  Who knew I speak Australian!  MENU & PRICES:  Open only for breakfast and lunch, with breakfast items also available when lunch menu service starts too.  Breakfast menu items range in price from roughly $10 to $15.  For lunch, in the $12 to $15 range.  Servings are more than ample and the quality of ingredients and preparation is top notch.  Well worth the prices - you get what you pay for and then some.. SERVICE:  Warm, friendly and efficient! PARKING:  A big advantage for this out of the downtown insanity location is the big parking lot associated with the strip mall. ADA parking in the lot.  ACCESSIBILITY:  Level in access to the restaurant. All on one floor.   Several tables are standard height but only a couple provide 30"x48" floor-clearance needed as required (ADA and state code) for wheelchair users so mobility limited guests may have longer waits than others.  The two loo meet ADA minimums, but the high table against one wall blocks access to the hallway to get there when the seat is pulled out for a diner to use it. That barrier to bathroom route violates ADA (now 27 years old). It can be fixed by moving or removing furniture barriers.  One may not think of this if it doesn't impact them, but there newly disabled survivors of the Las Vegas shooting rampage who will think about things like this now and so will their families.  As just one example... WOOF: There are a couple of tables outside where it seems service might be possible on a warmer day (there was unseasonably early snow when we visited) and it seems dogs would be welcome at those tables when they are used. If you are in Park City and you only have one place to eat, this is the one! If i could've eaten here multiple times during my trip I would have 100%. The place is pretty busy, so you might want to mentally prepare for a wait. I recommend getting a cup of coffee while waiting. The SAVORY WAFFLE & CHOOK is the best chicken and waffle I've ever had. Bold claim I know, but it's true. I've never had anything that unique and flavorful. The chicken was perfectly breaded and juicy. The waffle was the real winner though. The chorizo, cheese and corn combination was heavenly. It wasn't too dense, but packed a ton of flavors. The sauce it's served with really ties everything together well. The best part is that they only serve you 3/4 of the waffle. If you're like me you are beyond full when you get 3/4 of the way through anyways, and now I don't feel wasteful! I did a long run at Wasatch State Park and planned on stopping here after, I was shocked when I showed up at 1:30 on a Sunday and there was a wait! But it was worth the wait (and you can get a coffee from their to go spot while you wait). I had the shakshuka with sausage, it was so good and very filling. I live in Salt Lake so it's not the closest, but I will definitely pair some Park City hikes with brunch after from here. read more

I cannot get over this place. We spent a week in Park city and once we tried this place, didn't go anywhere else for lunch! The Shakshuka is stellar. The banana bread is a must try! Visited Five5eeds for the third time now and it didn't disappoint as usual. Given the menu is small and I didn't want to repeat my previous dishes I went with the PC superfood grain salad and the Aussie French toast. The grain salad was a bit spicy and was good specially given the healthy ingredients they included, so I'm a bit suspicious of them. The French toast was tasty as well, my only complaint that they didn't have more syrup specify for the French toasts underneath. Wow wow wow! Visiting the area and made a stop here to load up on breakfast. Man this place was so so good! Stopped by on a Saturday morning around 11am. The wait was about 15 minutes before we were seated. Worth it! Shakshuka was yummy - favorite dish ! Cortado was 10/10 Fresh squeezed OJ 10/10 Chia pudding - a bit too sweet 7/10 Reasonably priced. Stopped here for breakfast while in park city. Very nice location, serving breakfast and lunch. Husband and I shared the banana bread special, egg sandwich, and huevos rancheros. The banana bread was phenomenal! The topping they had on it was espresso infused and just delightful. I really liked the egg sandwich, husband thought it was okay. It had crispy bacon and a really good tomato spread. No potatoes though...extra. So the sandwich alone is like 10 dollars, which is pretty steep for just a sandwich, but a nice portion size. Neither of us liked the huevos rancheros special. The sauce base honestly tasted like it was not homemade and was really lacking in depth of flavor. The chips served with it were soggy (which is kinda expected since it's in a sauce...but still not good). Service was okay. Fabulous find in Park City area. First time to the area so was happily surprised by the vibe, variety AND food quality!!! Tje place was packed but the wait was worth it! The service staff were all helpful, courteous and efficient:-) The Almond Milk Latte was one of the best that I've had. The Corn Fritters were good but it was the addition of the small bowls ofcremation, avocado and tomato relish made it delish! Oh wait, did I mention the bacon! I did add a poached egg which almost made it too much to finish but table mates took care of that! The Breakfast Sandwich was a basic choice but done nicely. Great food - Great burger, pancake, and salad options. Hard to miss with food options. Trendy and calm place for brunch with friends or family. Reason for three stars due to reservations being a disaster. Maitre D ignored us for about 5 minutes before telling us (after we approached her post being ignored) that they cannot take any more guests in an unpleasant manner. We arrived at 2pm. When being pleasant is her only job it's astounding when that isn't something she can manage. read more

The atmosphere and service alone earns this place five stars. Add in local booch options, in-house coffee concoctions, and stellar food... this place is a win-win-win in my book. We came here for an early morning weekend breakfast while in town and it was hopping. Luckily we got seated right away. We went with a few suggestions based on the server and everything was great. A friend had a fresh pastry; I got the three-sampler option with shakshuka, fruit/granola/chia and fresh squeezed OJ. The shakshuka was a bit spicy as a heads up, but it was delicious. The fruit/chia pudding was a great side to level out the spice with the coconut milk base. The local booch options were also all delicious. We were seated in the back of the restaurant, next to a live plant fixture that had a running water system built into it to water plants throughout the day. It was amazing. I'd highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fairly-priced brunch spot with options for all dietary needs. One suggestion for the biz: the bathrooms could use some love. Awesome brunch place. We visited on a Wednesday around 10:30am, the place was pretty packed but no wait time. More people started trickling in closer to noon. We ordered the Burger and Breakfast Board. Burger: Super juicy and delicious. Wasn't too heavy for brunch and fries were perfectly crisp. (4.5/5) Breakfast board: You have a couple options here as this was the entrée you'd order to try a bit of everything! I opted for the avocado/pea spread, chia pudding, and green juice. Chia pudding tasted great, the green juice on the other hand had a hint of ginger which was a bit off for my taste. Would recommend the orange or apple juice instead. (3.5/5) Atmosphere: Lots of families and groups eating here. The decor was nice and place was overall comfortable and festive. We went on a Saturday for breakfast and the place was packed, as we assume it always is, but the 20 mins they quoted us for the wait,, seemed to go by very quickly and was well-worth it, considering the amazing food we ended up enjoying. Service was decent, but was very slow; in fact, the coffee and tea we ordered took 10 minutes to come out. We assumed it was slow due to everything being made fresh and the volume of guests. Once the food came out, it was amazing! Very fresh and tasty. One of the items we got was their quiche of the day, which was Hatch Chile Quiche and it was perfect! Five5eeds is AMAZING, a total park city find! I came here for a celebration brunch with a group of 10 of us and they were able to get us right in but that is rare! The earlier you go in the morning the better. We tried an assortment of things, and I would recommend every single one. The Pulled Pork Benedict come with a great hearty portion of pork, yummy eggs on top, all topped over toast. Great flavor! You can't go wrong with the avocado toast plate, especially if you are looking for a beautiful array of a little bit of everything. They also have great things on the daily specials menu, one that we tried was the French toast. It was decorated with chocolate mousse, bananas and a little bit of caramel sauce. My one complaint is the the French toast is a little bit dry, but ask for extra syrup and it's good! This place is charming, loved seeing the manager chatting with everyone, and since it isn't in downtown park city you don't have to deal with parking or chaos. I'll be back! read more
