I took my Lexus to Fix auto after an accident severely damaged my rear passenger side door. While the tire replacement and body work weren't bad, my car had numerous electrical issues after the repair that were not present before the accident. After bringing my car back a few times, most of the issues were resolved, however the rear passenger power window (the primary repair area) no longer functioned from the driver control panel. I was told by Vincent that this was unrelated to either the accident or the work that they performed, and would have to pay out of pocket for this repair. I find this hard to believe given the numerous electrical issues my car had when they returned it to me. I can only assume this was damaged during the repair process. I normally don't leave negative reviews, but my experience with Fix Auto has been extremely stressful and disappointing. The other driver's insurance -- who accepted full fault for the accident -- sent my BMW here for repairs after my car was hit by a two-ton truck. Despite the severity of the impact, Fix Auto repeatedly insisted that there was no internal damage and kept trying to release the car back to me, even though it was shaking, stalling, and clearly unsafe to drive. Each time I raised concerns, I felt dismissed. I ultimately had to push back against the insurance company, document everything, and even involve an attorney before Fix Auto finally agreed to send my vehicle to BMW for a proper inspection. Only then did they acknowledge there could be underlying issues. This entire situation has dragged on far longer than necessary and caused me tremendous stress and inconvenience -- all because Fix Auto refused to take my concerns seriously from the beginning. I would not recommend this location to anyone, especially if your vehicle needs thorough diagnostics after a major impact. My experience was simply unacceptable. read more

After having no accidents, I had two within a short time period (neither my fault). Both insurance companies recommended Fix-it Auto. I worked with both Scott and Vincent. Both men were professional, friendly and went above and beyond. I picked up my car the second time (which was a more major accident) and they polished the whole car. It looked brand new! They kept me apprised of how long it would take to fix my car - I got regular texts and the car was done before it was scheduled. I brought my rental car there and they called the rental car company and had it picked up. They made things very easy for me. I hope my car isn't damaged again but I would go back. read more

Update: The hype was there to leave a 5 star review and get a free detail, along with promises to make sure my vehicle was left in impeccable shape. Once that review was left and repairs were done, the vehicle was not in impeccable condition and the free detail never happened. There was a weird smear in the paint on the front number that was repaired. The tech said it was just a buffing issue and tried to buff it out. I left and when I got home, noticed the off color glow was still off and it had to be a paint/ finish issue that was caused during repairs. It wasn't work leaving my car and paying for a rental any longer, so I left it alone. I can't stand seeing the ugly glow on my car that is obviously a different shade of paint. read more

Update: they put my tire on wrong here and had a leak happening between the rim and the tire. Luckily my uncle owns a tire shop and didn't charge me an arm and a leg to get this problem fixed. I still don't appreciate my time wasted at this body shop. read more

I made an appointment here 2 weeks in advance to get my car repaired and sent them the estimate from the insurance company the day I made the appointment so I thought everything was all set. The day of the appointment comes and I show up only to be told they will not be repairing my car because they don't work with Geico. It was further explained to me that the appointment I made was just for an inspection (that they refused to do by the way) and just making the appointment itself was not a guarantee of repairs. All of that I understand, but what I don't understand is why I was able to make the appointment in the first place and why they waited until I got there the day of the appointment to tell me all of this. Shoutout to Manny! Great experience here. I bought some new headlights that I wanted to install on my Acura TL. I made an appointment the day before and they were able to get me in at 8:00 am. I was greeted by the front desk rep and she was very sweet and helpful! Manny did the inspection and suggested he would clean them to look good as new. I also had him take a look at my stepping panel that was coming loose on the side of the car. Within an hour he had both them items fixed! I've been looking for a place I can depend on when small things on my car need to be looked at. It's a 2004 and let's just say I've had plenty of dings and things that have happened over the 15 years. This place has honestly people and that's hard to find. Wasting of time and energy with them. One of the most unprofessional shops I've ever met. So first of all I had an appointment with them today for 3pm and I have a confirmation. I took half day off from my work, drove 15 miles to the location, stopped near by for lunch and got an email that my appointment was canceled because "Our calendar is fully booked and we need to reschedule your appointment." Not even a simple apology from them. How nice is this?! Second, when I called he was giving all kind of excuses to refuse service and finally hang up on me. He refused to provide an estimate without insurance claim number even though it is not mandatory by the law nor necessary for an estimate. He refused to give estimate for cash payment also (guilty side is considering going one of the ways). Anyway we were told by the insurance company that it is better to have estimate ready when and if filing a claim. When I told them this they hang up on me. I would recommend TO AVOID this place and to go to any other more professional shop. They do not know how to do business and how to communicate with customers. read more

Just had a wonderful experience having our 2017 Honda Clarity Fuel Cell repaired. A construction cone hit the front end causing all sorts of pieces to fly off the car. As this is a new vehicle for Honda parts were a little tricky to get but Alex handled everything with ease. Also appreciated the text update feature where I was updated almost everyday with the status of the repair. Alex also emailed to keep me informed. Car looks like new again. Their communication was superb, and they saved my vehicle from being a total loss. The job was expected to be done on the 18th or longer but they were done 2 days earlier. They provide pick up and drop off to your home as well as a shuttle service. They also detailed my car inside and out! Some of the parts to my car like the bumper and hood do not sit properly, but I'm sure I can just take it back and have it adjusted, as they said all the work has a lifetime warranty and that anything I'm unsatisfied with I can just let them know. read more

The one star is just so I can write a review. If there were zero, this establishment definitely deserves it. Came there to get my car fixed in July 2020. They had my car for a total of 3 weeks, that when I finally got it back, I was just excited to have my car back. An hour into being in my car, I noticed that all my windows had scratches in them. Some looked like they had an "x" marks in them. I immediately called this place and spoke to someone who saw the scratches and made arrangements to have new windows ordered so they can replace the ones they damaged while my car was there. There was delays after delays on getting the ordered replacement windows that never came. So I reached out in November where I found out that the person corresponding with me no longer works there. And the new management refused to acknowledge fault. They refused to take responsibility for the damage they have done. They are very rude and has no sense of customer service and made very rude remarks such as accusing me of damaging my own windows. For what?! Does that even make sense? DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR WITH THESE PEOPLE! read more

After they painted my hood and corner panel which they said they scratched it all looked good and the staff there at that time was very nice. Well now they have a complete new staff new manager new front person I don't know about the people doing the work because I never see them but the place is extremely small you can't park on the street because it's painted red and they have no room for parking in their establishment. Their place of business is between houses. I called today and asked if I could bring my car in because there were some problems with the paint and I was told sure we're open till 5 I go there a little after 3 p.m. and there's a new person I've never seen before and no one else working in the front office and he said I have to have an appointment. I asked for the manager he said he was gone and I told him someone I spoke to on the phone said come on in and we'll take a look at it. So after driving to their location taking my time and gas the young guy around 20 years old just blew me off. And I should mention after I had my hood painted I had to take it back because their paint cracked and they had to completely redo the hood so I'm just waiting for it to crack again. My insurance is paying for this which is State Farm and they are on their repair list for places to go and they should immediately remove them as I believe they're not even qualified to put the correct pressure of air in my tires. I will never step foot on that property again and I have notified State Farm of my experiences after having to go there four different times! So if you care about your car go somewhere else go anywhere else. read more

Amazing service! My husband was rear ended and his insurance company mentioned that they had a shop near or location that they partnered with. We took their advice and are so glad we did! The shop itself is very neat and clean. The waiting room is immaculate, comfortable, and you are greeted with professional and kind staff. They quoted us one week to fix the bumper but had it done in 3 days. When we picked up the car, the inside was detailed and the outside had been buffed and waxed. My Car was repaired at this auto shop. I first brought my car in I spoke with rep Carlos who appeared to be very friendly and knowledgeable. However at the end of the repair, when I picked my car up the tables turned. After 30 days waiting for the repairs I finally picked up my car. After getting my car home the very next morning my car would not start. it was my battery. I called the office spoke with Jenny, explained thar I was having trouble with my battery my car was not starting. She asked me to bring the car back to them they will check out and take care of the problem. I drove the car back in and the story change. I spoke with. Carlos who stayed in contact me through the entire process. The rep I initially saw when I brought my car in. When questioned about my battery he was very rude no customer service skills at all. He danced around the issue putting the blame on everything he could think of. To top it off he told me I could call back and speak with his manager because the manager was in the meeting. He couldn't make any decisions or he could loose his job. A line that is used when they don't want to deal with you. I go outside to get in my car. Scott was standing at my car saying the guys left your car doors open while working on your car which drained your battery. after calling my insurance company fix auto decided to replace my battery which they never did. So I had to purchase a battery. Customer service I experienced was very poor. I would not recommend them to anyone. I would recommend you not go there. This auto company and reps is very dishonest. They knew my battery was dead when they. gave my car back. I had taken it to auto zone to test my battery . they said battery bad zero percent. Fix auto charge my battery enough to get it off their lot. This experience was a nightmare. I've told USAA they are a bad reflection for them. They should remove them. These guys did what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it, and did it well. We kept receiving texts telling us the repair was on schedule. They finished about within an hour of when they said. Alex took care of the entire matter. One mistake was made, when they disconnected the SmartKey so that it wouldn't work unless in the ignition. Called, they said bring it in, gave me a ride home and delivered the car about three hours later. This is an auto body shop a good deal better than the average. My car got sideswiped and my insurance company recommended Fix Auto as their preferred body shop in the area. I haven't been to a body shop in years, and was a little apprehensive about dealing with the situation (single women rarely have good experiences at body shops!) Perla greeted me and triaged my concerns and set me up with Marissa who appraised the damages. Marissa immediately impressed me with her knowledge and experience, not only with body work but with the make and model of my own vehicle. She made some recommendations, provided a solid explanation of expectations and arranged a pick up from Enterprise for my replacement vehicle. The body work was completed to satisfaction quality-wise and within the time-frame provided which was great... but I have to say that the 5 stars is earned fully by Perla and Marissa. Having your car in the shop means that everyone you know shares their horrific body shop experiences (shoddy work, machismo, attitude, scamming/inflating estimates.. truly frustrating experiences). Okay, so my sister's car got hit at 4am on the same day (it was a Wednesday, from what I remember) that I received a list of body shops in the Long Beach area that are warrantied by my insurance company (USAA). I went to Fix Auto Long Beach near fabric barn on Anaheim and my sister was sent to some place called Number one collision bodyshop on Long Beach Blvd. and 15th st. I was quoted my suburban to be done in a week's time on the day I dropped the car off to be taken apart for the estimate to be sent to my insurance. I received daily text messages from Fix auto notifying me that my target date was Friday on the following week. Amazingly! My car was done in exactly a week! I'd dropped my truck off at 5pm on Wednesday and picked it up at 515pm the following Wednesday (only because I'd missed their call at 3pm and then saw it at 5pm). My point is, my sister is STILL waiting on an estimate from That other place, and they quoted her that it would be fixed in TWO MONTHS!!!! Then told her someone would call her once a week to update her on The progress of her vehicle. I can't believe it. I mean, if you have 2-3 months of a rental included in your policy, fine go elsewhere. If you don't, or if you only have one month, go to Fix Auto. read more

Someone rear ended me pretty badly and I ended up taking my car to Fix Auto. They had someone take me to and from the rental car place when needed, completed the service before the estimated date, and ordered a new license plate holder for me since it was damaged in the accident (Alex even put it on for me during his lunch break!)
