Was promised it would all be picked up the following Mon between 6 and 10 am. I was concerned of it being an eye sore and upsetting my neighbors with it all being on my front lawn. Imagine my surprise when I call home on my lunch break at noon to hear it's not been picked up. I call them to get told their trucks broke down. I pointed out they had more than 1 truck. I'm told their pick up trash but can't get mattress until following day. I get home from work trash is still on lawn. Call a 2nd time to be made to fell like I'm the problem. How dare I want the trash removed from my lawn?!? They finally picked up the trash later that night. Tuesday morning, mattress still on lawn. I call, another run around. Told their br picked up late in day at end of route. Wednesday morning, mattress and box springs still on my front lawn!!! I call, told she can't help it if the drivers don't do what she tells them to do. What??? No apologies, rude, unprofessional. I received a refund and cancelled future service Now I get to spend my day off work figuring out how to get mattress and box springs off lawn and apologizing to my neighbors. Worst service ever!!!!

I think this company would find great benefit to offering a website and furthermore offering automatic payments on that website. Otherwise, one must pay quarterly via, cash, check or money order. It's 2019 guys, your competitors are all doing this. They offer free curbside recycling which I really like and they stagger the pickup of recycling and regular trash. The price for service is pretty dang cheap and there are no additional charges for the cans. I have not actually received their services yet, however, I have heard great things from most of the folks we have talked to out there. I'll update this after a few months of service.

I hired McCoy to haul out a bunch of junk. McCoy came out to my property on time. He has a…read moreprofessional attitude. He clearly explained issues as they came up. He was able to load up a trailer full of junk in less than an hour. The pricing was around the industry standard. There are a couple of things I want to mention that I wasn't aware of at the time of the visit. First, McCoy is a cash only business as of the time of this review. I wasn't aware of this, but we were able to make things work via Venmo. The other thing I want to point out is that while McCoy was able to take a large amount of items, there is an upcharge for chemicals. That being said, the amount he charged for the chemicals was fair, and I was happy to pay. I have a lot of junk I want to dispose of, so I will hire him again in 3-4 months. I recommend his services. I look forward to supporting my hometown neighbor and providing McCoy additional opportunities in the future.

I use this company at some rental properties I own in St. Joe because they were already do the…read moregarbage pick up. Dealing with them had been incredibly challenging and time consuming. In each case they quoted one rate then they invoice a considerably higher amount, even though a representative emailed the rates in advance. Additionally, no matter polite I have been they still are seldom courteous and often borderline rude. And my experience with trying to get through to someone on the phone is that I usually get disconnected by their system at least a couple of times before getting through. Unfortunately I believe this will fall on deaf ears.

Terrible service. 65 house neighborhood. Winter 2018-19 didn't pick up trash for 2 weeks straight…read moredue to weather at some houses but DID pick up at neighboring houses. Their truck was already stopped in front of the houses, however, they only picked up one side of the street. If school buses and little cars can drive on the road, i think a trash truck could too. Ordered a dumpster for neighborhood cleanup. They got the date wrong and tried to deliver on the wrong date. Dumpster was not delivered, however, they charged us $185 for the delivery fee. Had to go back and listen to the recorded conversation to get the delivery mix up straighten out. When the correct date came for the dumpster to be delivered, WM called to say they had staffing issues and couldn't deliver the dumpster. However, my bank account was charged 9 days prior. Still don't know when the dumpster will be delivered! 65 houses in our neighborhood. All trash is picked up by one WM person. Not a driver and another person on the back of the truck. One person doing it all! It takes him forever to get his route done. Sometimes he is picking up our weekly trash after 5pm.
