We had a very old fence that leaned, had large gaps at the bottom and needed the gaps in the gates closed, as well as new gates put in. From the person who came (quickly and on time) for the estimate to the crew who came to install (also quick turnaround and on time), everyone was so professional and kind. My fence looks amazing and it's so seamless, I quite literally can't tell where the gaps were. I recommend this company over and over! We had a vinyl fence installed recently at our new home. I would have loved to give them more stars for a review, however there were a few issues that shouldn't have been issues at all. First- customer service and beginning of the process was very good. From the quote to the install was pretty good. The quote- we received a couple different quotes for two different types of fences. We had large bushes that would need to be trimmed back. The team had a guy come out to find the survey pegs. He said they trim them bushes all the time. I was told only thing on the bushes that would be extra outside of the quote would be to have them hauled away. We opted to dispose of them ourselves. - in the end they added $80 to the invoice for the trimming. I told them they should have included that when they came out. The install- the day of the install nobody showed up. Nobody called. My wife waited half a day and called. They said they were running behind and would call right back. Nobody ever called. Install day- showed up after calling and install began. We have irrigation and the installers installed on the front of the sprinkler heads. Would recommend that they check that prior to installing in the future. A little old lady is not going to be able to tell the installers where all her irrigation heads are. Fence was completed with the exception of two panels which had to be completed after inspection. Called about 4 days after to find when the inspector would be coming. Was told the permit would be hung and inspection on Thursday or Friday. Saturday came and Sunday came and nothing. Allied the Tuesday after and was told they would schedule its finally Friday came and the inspection was done. Was told they would finish the panels on Saturday. Saturday came and nobody showed. Called next week and finally got a response. Overall the fence is a fence and it works. The communication of this company is terrible. If someone is gonna be late or not show, call the customer, instead of the customer having to keep calling And quote for the price based on the job instead of raising the price when complete. read more

Florida Fencing is not a "Company", Florida Fencing is like extended family. I purchased my home just over 5-years ago and after doing what I thought was my due-diligence I found what I considered to be the best fencing company in Florida. I WAS SO VERY WRONG! In three years I contracted them for three different fences at my home, I raved about the quality because although every time the employees would leave there would be horrible problems with the work, one call to Myra or Jose and they would be at my home the next day and not only make them correct it, make them tear everything down and re-do it correctly. That is why I continued to patronize them, because of Myra and Jose! I called for my fourth fencing job and was shocked to learn that not just Myra, but Jose as well had both left the company they had been with for years. This was very unusual as they had taken such good care of me year after year I thought of them like family. As fate would have it I came across Myra who left with her many, many years of excellent customer experience and knowledge to launch her own business, a business that provides a far superior quality, much more more budget friendly, fair and honest, not greedy and trying to get your last dime, a family owned company where they are not happy until you are happy. I thought the former compamy was amzing; Florida Fencing exceeded every single expectation I had! Every single one! Trust me - I don't think ANY company has ever done that before! The entire crew knew I needed it "done yesterday" and they took care of everything for me, and I do mean absolutely everything from the permitting to the neighbors, to making all the arangements. Every previous job was stressful with paperwork, inflated prices for permiting, I needed to work around their business hours, they acted like they did not care if I hired them or not. NOT Florida Fencing! They understand we are all struggling and want to feel safe and secure and increase the value of our property, we want the quality and craftmanship of the old days and someone who will stand behind their work. Florida Fencing filled a niche that was long overdue. I recommend them to everyone I know. When they were here, it took them a day longer than planned - I did not know why, but after finding out it won me over for life! It turns out that when Florida Fencing was here they noticed where my previous three fences from another company were improperly installed, posts not cemented, one was being put in new and split upon hitting a rock, instead of fixing it they left it there (I never would have know). I also took my 6-foot step ladder out and looked where the previous fence company used a nail gun to attach the board on board fence and they missed the board to nail the pickets on entirely (will post a picture on their feedback page) and Florida Fencing without even having me ask them to repaired my fence installed by a competitor for free. The Owners husband came back for a third consecutive day (a SUNDAY at that, and IN THE RAIN) to install my small 3 or 4 foot fence between my neighbor and I who each have puppy dogs that love to dig. My dog, Miss Foxy, she digs under everything - and I decided the short wooden fence would help. I was talking to Freddy, one of the owners, he commented on the bricks, stepping stones and various objects I had lined along the neighbors chain link fence and explained to Freddy what a little digger she is. Freddy was out there on a Sunday, in the rain, and not only did he install my fence for me, he took the time (and I did not know this until I just discovered it) he took a shovel and by hand Freddy dug along the entire fence line, buried all the rocks, stones, pavers, etc, covered it all with dirt and installed the fence on top. Miss Foxy was none to happy when she went to dig under it - I was elated! Where in Florida - or anywhere for that matter, do you find a Company that cares about their customers, is that creative, does so much more than you even know and never charges you or even brings it to your attention and did not mutter so much as a singler negative word about their competion. They were on a mission - a mission to make me the beautiful, "quality beyond what I can describe in words in pictures" fence, true craftsmanship, and at a price the others would not entertain. I am so loyal to Florida Fencing now, if you are still not convinced after reading this review (and I write a lot of negative ones as well - I am truthful and tell it how it is). If you are not convinced by now that Florida Fencing is the ONLY call you need to make, message me through here and I will personally invite you to my home in Orlando and you can compare the two fences side by side for yourself. Gave us quote for vertical panels when we asked for horizontal, asked for correction and never heard back. Months later we asked them to just literally put up 3 panels and a gate, days later no answer. Finally responded and said they couldn't do it within 30 days time. read more

We interviewed several fencing companies, and FL Fencing was by far the most professional. The estimator presented us with a detailed quote complete with photos of the fencing they were proposing (which was in line with most of the other companies and less expensive than some) the day after she met with us as promised. The installers showed up before the scheduled time for arrival on installation day. They were appropriately dressed and courteous.
