    My wife called to have screens put onto our 6 windows. They confirmed an appointment for a…read moreThursday. Well the date and time of the appointment comes, and they are no where in sight. We call to ask if they are going to come or not and turns out that there is no record of our appointment. For the few next hours I was told "oh so and so person knows and they will call you, I'll let them know to call you. No one called me. I had to constantly follow up and ask the questions because they weren't giving me direct answers. After a few hours they sent someone out, they got to my house and took measurements...said that we should have them by Monday...11 days from when we made the appointment. Sunday night, the night before, we get a call and he tells us he has to move us to Tuesday..which is fine since he notified us. Well Tuesday comes...and he is a no show. I call the office and they say that the serviceman will call me...he did not call me. I had to call and leave a message, by this time its been about 2 hours from our missed appointment. I finally get a call from him and he tells me "I meant to call you and let you know that I couldnt make it" but it seems he was ignoring the issue. I asked what the issue was, and I couldn't get a straight answer from him. He put the blame on the office and scheduling and said he fell behind in other jobs and that he had to stick to the schedule. What he couldn't seem to tell me is why he didn't notify us and instead chose to ignore us and make us seek the answers. At this point I decided to call the office and scheduling and spoke to John...and I got the same answer I got from the service man..."its not my fault." It seems that no one in this business wants to take responsibility for anything and instead want to blame it on other people and then ignore the customer all together when they run into an issue and hope they just give up. Ultimately he sent another serviceman who actually had answers out that day and he took measurements and gave them to us on Friday...15 days from when we made the appointment. My issue with this company is the fact that they made 3 false promises, they made an appointment and forgot about us and then made 2 more and missed those. They also didn't take responsibility for any of it. If they would have notified me that they were going to have to miss our appointments, that would have been fine..at least I would be kept in the loop. Their customer service and accountability is extremely poor.
