High pressure sell tactics, high price, pay upfront, no insurance coverage (according to them).

Stay away from this group. All about money. Use God to sell which is not God. Don't blame God. They are sinning. Pushing injections that are not needed and are extremely costly. Do other treatments without the injections. But why would you go to a group that is trying to rip you off? Find someone that does the other treatments without the injections. Can't return injections. Make you sign a paper that says there is no guarantee so when it doesn't work you cannot get a refund and can't complain. read more

Had their special offer for new patients to see what they could do for my osteoarthritic knee. They make you sit through a "sales pitch" like video, play some "mind games" with you (i.e. well, you really want to do this now for your family, religious pitch, etc, etc.), and then do a x-ray series (i.e. a neck one despite the area of concern being an osteoarthritic knee) and, of course, some tests for neuropathy that I feel are highly questionable (i.e. they write numbers on your lower extremities while your eyes are closed and you are to tell them what the number was...this is NOT a medically reliable test at all). Then you come back for a 2nd appointment where the sales pitch gets pretty serious (again stressing that you are doing it for your family, religion, that you are committed to it...). And, at the end, comes the "here is the cost of treatment" that will likely give you a coronary no matter how they "pitch it" and the pressure to sign up NOW really gets fierce....My advice is to avoid them at all cost (they do NOT take insurance for a reason, but they will offer you "no interest financing"! LOL) and stick with recognized, orthopedic medicine experts. read more

This place is nothing but a religious scam and they use fear tactics to get you to pay for their services. "Don't you want to be around for your partner?" As if not getting chiropractic care means you'll die early what a joke. Everything is religious themed and they use that to scam people which is highly inappropriate and unprofessional. I don't recommend this place. They over charge too for thousands. My body feels better since I quit going there. They also fear monger with "don't get vaccinated" and make ableist claims such as "vaccines cause autism" as if autism is bad..that's very predatory and gross. read more

So far the Flagship Healthcare team have been excellent in diagnosing my unknown condition until they performed a series of tests for potential neuropathy. After the tests they concluded that I had severe neuropathy. A week after the tests and prior to beginning treatment I began to feel tingling in my left foot which is a symptom of many indicating I in fact do have neuropathy. I will write again in 90 days how the treatments went and whether I will still give 5 stars. read more
