Jess explained the process and pricing, and promptly sent forms and contracts that corresponded with our conversations to outline and finalize details. She spent a great deal of time discussing with me what were my needs and exploring possibilities for the overall look and feel of the photo I desired. The shoot itself was SO fun. Jess knows how to put you at ease and also gives direction and has an eye for detail. She'd move a hair that was out of place or tell me to lean forward or shift my weight if a pose I was going for didn't look quite right, etc. She also had a lovely assistant whose kind and easy-going demeanor was a bonus. Jess made this feel like a boutique experience: like I would imagine if going to a "big city" and working with the best in their field. If a photographer can have bedside manner- Jess is a 10! She is obviously technically skilled as well, so to have the full package was a find. She would offer her perspective but would also listen to my feedback and wants without condescension. The final product came out beautiful, and what struck me most about the whole experience was the time Jess spent with me to make sure she understood my needs and could provide photos that would be "on brand" and visually communicate the message I wanted to send to prospective clients. She arrived on time and captured the event experience as we discussed beforehand. She was clear about pricing and was able to edit the contract to fit our needs for timing and payment along with a timeframe in which she'd send the photos, which she did through Google Drive. Her shots and selection of baby poses captured our daughter perfectly. While we haven't seen the actual digital prints yet, watching her work in-person was almost magical. She was able soothe our baby when needed and at the same, able to put our little one in all sorts of cute baby poses. She made it seem effortless. The whole process was relaxed and when my wife had to change & nurse the baby in between shots, she gave us all the time we needed. We didn't hire a videographer for our wedding, so it was really important to us to hire a…read morephotographer who could "tell the story" of the day with pictures. We hit the jackpot with Rebecca! Our wedding photos couldn't have been better. Not only is her work amazing, Rebecca is calm and sweet and extremely professional. Looking back through the photos, I don't think she missed a shot of one person in attendance, plus, she captured the "story" of the day. Also, for the quality of photography you are receiving, her prices are really reasonable. Rebecca also did our engagement shoot on the beach, and her demeanor helped make lying in the sand and running "hand in hand" along the beach (because we do that every day) much less embarrassing. All in all, we couldn't have been happier with our choice of photographer!

Throughout the planning time, she checked in often by email and helped us with our timeline and gave advice on other vendors. Prior to the wedding, Brittany and our videographer talked about working with each other as they had not done so previously. As we lived out of the area, we choose to not do an engagement session. Our wedding day was the first time we met Brittany in person. She made us feel so comfortable. A little after midnight on the night of our wedding, we had a teaser of pictures from our wedding day already! More photos came a few days later. We were so impressed by the pictures and the amazing turn around time. Our pictures came out amazing and Brittany was wonderful to work with!

I am only giving 2 and not 0 because he was great on my wedding day 8/28/21... but that's where it…read moreends it took forever to get him to even give me the previews that I could pick from but to this day I don't have all of them they cut off as we walk into our reception and nothing after even though he was there for it all... no 1st dance pictures no father daughter garter nothing has been sent to me... there was no slide show shown that I paid for... and will not answer any calls texts or emails... I never got to pick photos to make an album or have anything touched up or printed absolutely nothing at this point idc about that I can have someone else do it but I want all my photos I want the photos from my reception I paid just about 3,000 and have 1/4 of the day.... Very very very unhappy I have been trying month after month to get somewhere with him but I think it's time to go the legal route
