The service is prompt and very friendly, and I'd argue that's part of the young entrepreneur's concept to give us an international high level service and life-style feel. Our waiter, Isabel ("Pippi Langstrumpf"), was able to give us some great guidance and was especially helpful in transitioning us from bar to diner to desert on various levels of this cleverly designed location. Divided into different areas and levels, secluded rooms for different occasions, you will experience a diversity of impressions in one evening or months to come. Everything fantastic you will hear about this dwelling, will be 100% true - and then some! Obviously the passionately arranged food is the main event and every time I go it's top-notch - beautiful, delicious and perfectly cooked. Don't skip dessert! The house made brûlée is out of this world good, so save room on your main course! Allerdings lässt der Kundenservice zu wünschen übrig. Während meines Besuchs hatte ich Probleme mit schmutzigem, trübem Wasser, das aus der Dusche strömte, und einem frustrierend niedrigen Wasserdruck. Wenn es um die Wartung der Geräte geht, scheinen sie außerdem oft Schwierigkeiten zu haben, da ich auf kaputte Vorrichtungen gestoßen bin, die mein Erlebnis beeinträchtigt haben. Die WLAN-Verbindung war eine weitere große Enttäuschung, da sie während meines gesamten Aufenthalts ständig verbunden und getrennt wurde, was sie für meine Bedürfnisse unzuverlässig machte. Angesichts des Preises dieser Unterkunft glaube ich, dass er niedriger sein sollte, insbesondere angesichts des unterdurchschnittlichen Service. Persönlich würde ich empfehlen, für ein zufriedenstellenderes Erlebnis einen anderen Ort aufzusuchen.
