It was only tacos and burgers. Don't get me wrong, I love tacos, but you can get good tacos and burgers anywhere here. To me, food trucks are an opportunity to offer something unique and innovative. Nuri finally came around and did just that. The food is amazing! My husband and I have been waiting for food like this since we moved to McAllen from Miami almost 4 years ago. But if I'm paying close to $20 for one order of tacos and beans with a drink I'm expecting to at least get what i asked for. Their prices are really good compared to other snack stops I have visited and everything on their menu is amazing and definitely instagramable. Their elotes especially are delicious. I'm not sure what exactly it is but these are my favorite in the area. The food truck is located in a small lot with other trucks that sell tacos and other Mexican food. Great place to stop and grab some food as well as snacks. The parking is good, and they even have some limited seating outside the truck if you want to hang around and eat your snacks as well.
