Every time I visit this location the tables are dirty and not just one, several of not all of them. I have been in several times when the store wasn't busy yet the staff sat behind the counter rather than wiping the tables which visibly had rice, sauce or other trash on the table tops. read more

I work in Newport Beach and there's several flame broilers in a 5 mile radius. I've been to all the locations and I choose to go to this locations for several reasons. 1. Price. Yes, all flame broilers have different prices. This is by far the cheapest. 2. Reward. Yes, there are perks to eating at this location. They give a stamp card. You get a free drink once you hit 5 bowls and a free bowl once you hit 10 bowls. No other location does this! 3. Manager Evana! Yes, she is the icing on the cake! She provide friendly and fast service. If you're like me and on a macro friendly diet and come as frequent as I do then she will remember your order. As soon as I walk through the door, she is already putting in my order. She is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this location. I wouldn't spend my money anywhere else! read more

Apparently The Flame Broiler is a healthy choice... I like that it's Healthy food on a budget!! Check these macros... Chicken Bowl Calories: 610, Fat: 4.5g, Carbs: 67g, Protein: 43g SOLD! They put their magic sauce on the side which is nice if you're watching your sugar intake, personally I drown my bowl in it. Switch out the rice for veggies if you're going low low-carb as well. Yummy flavors and good for fast food on the go... Beats the hell out of fast food junk. I hope more of these health conscious eateries pop up in the future. Cheers! read more

Best Flame Broiler I've ever been to! The seating area is bigger than many other Flame Broilers. It's very clean and they play good music. The food is tasty and the portions are just right. I like that they give you the option for you to add their Majic and hot sauces to your own taste. Ivanna is always cheerful, informative, attentive, and considerate. I'm wondering if she's actually one of the owners because she seems to take a lot of pride in her work, their food, the store itself, and has a genuine interest in keeping the patrons happy. our family came in a few minutes before closing this evening, and michael the owner served my husband. we ordered 2 regular bowl, one with extra spring onions, and 1 small bowl. my husband brought out our soda and told us it would be a few more minutes... as my husband and i were talking, michael the owner came out and brought out our food to us. although not a far trip home, we decided to eat our food in the parking lot since we conviniently parked right out front. can i just say how fantastic our meal was? not only was the order correct, but the food was hot and delicious. folks, this was right before closing. and to top it off, the owner brought out our food to us. this flame broiler just won our business and will be a go-to spot whenever we are in the area. food was fantastic and customer service is exemplary! by far the best my family and i have ever been to in the area. the chick next door at chronic tacos could really learn something about customer service from michael and his team... seriously. read more
