Then switches back on a dime and exveryone is supposed to forget about it. Even if little ones not yelled at, they see this. My child was approached and pressured to join company without consulting with me first, causing a year long rift with my child the next year as the constant performances even at places like country clubs and restaurants did not fit into our family's schedule as we have 2 other kids and their schedules to balance, and added rehearsals week of a showdolls show were too much with school. Plus, i work nights so could not volunteer as the mothers are expected to make it their life too, for no discounts or pay or anything. The instruction was just okay, and the acro in particular was really lame. Way overcrowded and work on the same 4 moves for years. Also, they are laying all over the floor and it's filthy, do not have a cleaning company because it's all about the money there and totally disorganized...lice and athlete's foot run rampant all year. We switched mid year to another studio and it is worth the drive. No mothers expected to work for free, clean as a whistle, no bubbling floors, they pay staff well and teachers are good, more than one show a year without comiting to 'company' and nice people who will not go postal on your kid. Do yourself a favor and RUN! Don't be fooled by proximity when the personalities could damage how your child feels about her talents.

Unfortunately, due to circumstances surrounding Hurricane Milton she was unable to attend. Instead of refunding our $150 deposit, she said it was non-refundable per the agreement which stated "weather". The weather in Orlando was perfectly fine and we were in a position to host, she unfortunately was not. Per our attorney, "weather" would imply the weather at the venue, not just weather in general. She said we could reschedule anytime in the next 365 days. Our little children were anticipating a birthday party on the 12th so we had to scramble to hire another company to replace Pony Tales. We could not just reschedule a children's party anytime in the next year. Also, the cost of the petting zoo was $550, which is not an expense we would just pay for no occasion. What reason would we have to reschedule this type of party? We conveyed our disappointment to her, and her response was to post our text message conversations on her social media page to garner sympathy from the public and so her friends could insult and disparage us. There was absolutely no reason to do this as we hadn't posted anything online. To say we would not recommend using her business is an understatement. On the other hand I would like to recommend Manny and his petting Zoo 813-417-9432. He was so kind and his animals were great.

We paid a $50 via PayPal then $100 cash the day of the party. She does accept card, but there is a 3% fee. Donna is amazing. She was running a tad bit late from a previous party, but kept me up to date via text. When she arrived she had Peanut all dolled up with ribbons and ready to go. She is extremely professional and handled our group of crazy kids like she's done it a million times in the horrendous Florida heat. I need to take tips from her, lol. We even had a dog from next door dig out from underneath the fence and I was terrified it would scare Peanut, but thankfully everything turned out ok. (On the invoice it clearly states no dogs) I highly recommend Pony Tales! She offers many other services and has her own farm you can go visit as well. I look forward to booking more parties with her in the future and checking out her farm. Thank you again Donna. You made my daughter's 3rd Birthday one she'll never forget!!!
