I spent the worst week of my life while my son was being held without bail for something that was a clerical error in another state. I found out just how slow the justice system works even when the person is fully innocent. Every time I thought I got it cleared up I would hit a wall and it would be another day my son is being held in a Max security facility with no bail. Even with the police and states attorney helping, going to court, expediting things to get this cleared up I was told my son would not get a hearing until the end of the month three weeks away, because it was a state to state had to be cleared up in both states. I couldn't eat, sleep, I was a complete wreck worrying about what would happen to him. My son is an avid outdoorsman, play guitar, piano, doesn't drink or do drugs, not the type of person that can handle being in jail. He's never been in trouble. He would've lost his job and his apartment all for something a clerk made an error on. On the fifth day after I had spent the whole day running from court to court and making more calls, we found Mr. Noble, keep in mind at this point we had about 30 minutes before the court closed for the day and I was told there was no possible way we were going to get anywhere from a different lawyer. We spoke in a conference conversation with Mr. Noble for about five minutes, Mr. Noble made two calls, less than 30 minutes later my son was free. I can't put into words what a relief it was. This man is my hero for life. In the short conversations I had with him I felt he totally got what I felt, I felt that he cared without even knowing us. There are people you meet that you can tell they are exceptional and kind and this man is one of them. If you need a lawyer call this man because he worked a miracle in about 15 minutes and I'm still in awe of his skills & forever indebted to him. He saved my sons life, literally and mine and his fathers sanity. What he did for us was priceless no amount of money could ever pay it back. Turns out after the fact I find out that he does business with and befriends cops at the time and possibly currently still does as well. He trains cops on DUI testing procedures which is basically a conflict of intrest! How can you represent someone on a DUI charge when your possibly friends with the cop/cops that charged the person in the first place. I got the impression from him that this is a guy who favors cops, now that part is just my opinion, but from alot of the non-sense this guy was saying to me and doing with my case I came to that conclusion. I paid him about $7,000 to help me, he did the same job that a free or $300 public defender could have done and I told him that as well when I asked him to take down my case off his website that he put up and listed as a WON case. I mean can u fu-king believe it, yeah me either. This guy is a real peice of work. He got me a pre- trial deal that basically involved my license being suspended for several years, as well as being on probation, paying fees and getting piss tested for years and he calls that a WIN? He is 5 star at getting all the money he can, and i can't see how he would ever get to trial. He was at court 3 times. And kept it in pre-trial. I fired him for shouting in the middle of the 2 courts, outside; you blah blah blah. And the blah was him saying I did what I was being accused of by a mentally ill person that I had a restraining order on. It was a lawyers dream case. The plaintiff plead the 5th. Lol. Yet he did that, and called to try to get more money before I got home but I called my father right when I got to my car. And he was trying to inbezzle another 5 digit check from the perosn that wanted me to have an attorney. But in the end my court appointed Dedham Attorney did all it took to get it dropped. It never even went to court. So I should have gone to the board and sued. But the statute of limitations was up by the time the mess PATRICK caused me, calmed. And he never sent a penny back. Money is all he is actually going to put any effort in. How to get certain personalities to do everything to save themselves. When they are being made to fear, so they will give this embezzlor more money and more money. Even after he is fired and no longer my Attorney. He wants to be paid for being fired? If this wasn't so traumatic for me, I would not be still reviewing so nobody else has to go through what I have with this clown. And no money sent back. Just asked for more!
