When I get there I noticed that I didn't have my I.D. with me so I told to the agent who was helping me that I was there because I needed to pick up money ($400)but just noticed that I didn't bring my ID and she told me that I needed to bring it to continue with the process because it was a big amount and they have to follow western union rules, I understood and was leaving when another agent (who was next to the agent who helped me and listened my situation) said that she could help me, and asked me for my tracking number and personal information, so i gave it to her, just to tell me the same that the first agent told me! (found it totally unnessesary, made me feel she wanted to waste my time) a little bit confused and frustrated for this weird situation I went home to get my I.D and headed back to this place, told them that I brough my ID this time and they told me that I needed to fill the 'pick up money' paper with my info and the tracking number, after I finished I gave it to them, and this time (to my surprise) they told me they didn't have that amount of money in the store ($400)!
