It started off great and thought I found a Dr. that would help me with a great staff & facility. Truth be told it was at first but that all changed for me this month. I have a lot of medical problems and told him from go and was hoping that he would help me but that wasn't true at all. I was telling him about all my problems and asked for help and when I felt that he wasn't paying attention to me I then got pushy because my health has taken a turn for the worst but they thought it was because covid. I told him that my head was swelling and something popped back before new years, I also told them about having strokes in the past and that I needed to have my auto immune system checked so I could find out if I could get the covid vaccine as well as to find out what other medications I had an allergy to before being put on any other meds. Seeing I felt like no one was listen to me I decided to put my foot down & got demanding about a heart Dr because my blood pressure was low, I was losing feeling in my left side of my face, arm & leg. He had me come in for a EKG and decided I needed to see a psychiatrist because I needed a mood stabilizer and didn't even tell me he was also trying to send me to behavioral health. So I felt like a pay check, he also told me he'd rather not refer me out because he makes no money off referrals. So there for he wanted them to agree so he could put me on a mood stabilizer in which Dr's do make money on from the pill company's. So he showed me that putting me on a mood stabilizer was more important then my health concerns. I also told him that my hearing Dr said my dead left ear had a hole in it but wouldn't even look at in until my hearing Dr sent him the paper work. So when I called to fire him he found out & called me back yelling at me like I was his child. Then I called to file a grievance & found out that they had no clue how my insurance was set up also showing me I'm just a pay check to them. My insurance was set up for me to have my thyroid/auto immune system checked every 3 month and I did not need a referral or prior authorization to see the dr's I was asking to see. I'm not from Florida but realized that this being my 3rd primary in under 2 years that these 3 dr's treat people like just a pay check/number. Another thing about this office is when I tried writing a review on there web site they have the right to take it down if they want so I'm hear where they can't control the true and even filed a grievance with wellcare about him & his office being in there net work. So if you want someone telling you because you stand up to them that u need a mood stabilizer then got there. If not find a DR that will not only listen to you but help you your way instead of them trying to push drugs down your throat. This is 1 reason I have always said that Dr's are the biggest drug dealers in the world and can legally get away with it but should also be held accountable for making people addicts because they don't always tell the patient the truth about drugs seeing they get paid to push them. Like when it comes to Oxys its the same dam thing as heroin and if patients new that from go they be more apt to not want them. What happened to my at Optum Lamar Clinic by Dr Jeffery Hall can be proven truthful to what I'm saying with my medical records to prove it. So good luck to all that go there but watch out in todays would Dr's take on more patients then they can handle or remember so most the time we are pay checks if we don't stand up for ourselves.

I was given a printout that has nothing I couldn't Google myself. When I asked the woman who handed me the papers a question, she said it's all in the printout. My wife had driven me over and waited patiently while I was in there. She asked me what pharmacy they were sending me to. I diodn't see it on the paperwork and went back into the office to ask. One of the two indifferent office staff told me it was oin the first page. Nope. Took the paperwork back inside and the other one, who had handed me the papers, said I wasn't being given a prescription. So I paid $95 of my hard-earned money to be told to "get better," and if my symptions got worse, go to the ER. Wow. This is some way to do business. Google's Gemini states that "The most common cause of a sore throat is a virus, not bacteria. In this case, antibiotics would be ineffective and potentially harmful by contributing to antibiotic resistance. A proper diagnostic test, like a rapid strep test or throat culture, is necessary to determine the cause." That's fine, but they didn't do a strep test. The NP looked at my throat and said it was strep because of how red it was. The Nurse Practioner who saw me did not say anything other than that I should change my tooth brush. So I would say the strikes against this particular facility are incompetent care and snide, indifferent office staff. Considered lodging a formal complaint but chose not to. Would never go back and would never recommend them.

I was given a questionnaire to fill out, and then we exchanged the form with a tablet to answer more health questions. My blood pressure was taken, and my iron count was taken. We walked into the donation area, where I sat in a donation chair, and the donation routine began to take my blood. After about 8-10 minutes, I was finished and got up and left the facility. The technician was friendly and was very good at inserting the donation needle into my arm. There was some informal conversation, and it was a very nice experience. I have been here many times before, and I will return when I can donate again. I've been donating blood since 1969 and feel I am giving life to people who need this to survive. They always worked with my schedule (could only do afternoons, not mornings, for instance). Some of the modalities I've not seen elsewhere include Hiveamitt (I'll have to check the spelling on that later), and Laser pen treatment. The other treatments I've received included tens unit, exercise machines, fitness bands, and balance/strengthening. Would highly recommend. Will update with pictures later.

I get so confused by trying to navigate the medical system that I feel like I should hire a medical assistant just to help me keep my appointments , meds and head on straight. Pain and degenerative disease is affecting my memory, or perhaps it's something else. But I don't recognize who I am anymore because of pain and disease. You have to scan a QR code to complete check in paperwork which was fast to do. The most we waited was 10 mins before being seen. This urgent care does do RSV testing for kids. The nurse was super friendly and knew how to talk to my niece and made her feel comfortable and not scared. She even took us in the room where there was a TV and put Bluey on for her. When they did the testing for RSV. She swapped very gently and even did a really good method for her to not feel the swab going in deep into her nose. The doctor was amazing and knew all the right words to say. Overall my experience here was great and I would come back here for any urgent care visits.

I recently survived a car wreck but my spinal column was injured. A Specialist Doctor here reviewed…read moremy MRI raw data, somewhat described my injuries to me, suggested an intense course of steroids to reduce inflammation, to be followed up with Physical Therapy and Chiropractic. The doctor also prescribed a muscle relaxer, but they do not write ANY prescriptions for pain medication. They only refer patients to a Pain Management Clinic. It's a Florida thing. Paying out-of-pocket, the office visit was only $120. I thought that was very reasonable - until I discovered it's for 15 minutes of the doctor's time. He couldn't interview me about my signs and symptoms, review my MRI, and discuss treatment options with me in 15 minutes! After waiting 3 weeks for this appointment, I would have gladly paid $240 to get 30 minutes of the doctor's time. You better make sure your medical records and MRI's get here before your appointment, and then talk fast! We never got to discuss my specific Physical Therapy needs at all, but they did give me the business cards for 3 PT clinics. And I will be receiving some prescriptions to reduce inflammation in my spine. I am rating 5-stars because WCMI certainly knows what they are doing, but visits are somewhat rushed and overlapping. Be prepared and you should be okay. -------------------------------------------------- Updates: #1. The steroid treatment they gave me has been a Godsend. That's why they get 5-stars. They are good doctors and caring doctors. #2. I spoke with the Administrator and we agreed to disagree. He doesn't want any patients to feel rushed, but they do schedule 15 minute appointments. That is standard for most doctors in the US.

Ugh then tried to get another referral was told Dr diaz said my dad wanted hospice instead none of this was true. This Dr sent hospice and priests out to my dad's while refusing to give referrals for second opinion. I'd like to know what kind of Dr won't try help a patient possibly love longer? So all the stress anxiety lies to our family I believe this Dr is covering something up not to mention his lying staff so we have a lawyer already that took his case and thank God we found a better Dr for him to see and get a referral. He just gave me dad pills knowing what he's going through after possible diagnosis of gbm. Him and his staff will be sued not to mention the pain and suffering he's put everyone through and didn't bother to even try to help my 72 year old dad.
