My experience is as the agent for a couple who used them for their mortgage. As ive seen on a…read morecouple other pages, communication was a big issue. The lender wouldnt return calls for days at a time. One particular time we were looking at homes and needed to check on pre-approval and couldnt reach them for 4 days. . . I have never had any lender ghost their clients like that. Once the contract was accepted on another home (had to miss on that one because of the approval issue), they were still terrible on responding and did not explain changes to paperwork with clients before having them sign documents. The morning of closing the buyers still didnt know if they would need money for closing and were told they wouldnt, only to find out hours later they would. Even the title company complained about their communication. Im not saying there arent good people who work here as the loan did finally close a month later than expected, but their communication was horrible and for a first time home buyer, super stressful. There are better ones out there.
