The venue accomodates a range of shows including music, comedy, plays, film screenings, childrens days with activities and popular clubnights. The staff are very friendly and helpful with any queries you may have, and the security staff are strict but fair. The arts center often has widely-known music acts playing there including the killers, the strokes and placebo, and it is well worth keeping an eye on the website for upcoming shows whether you are local or not It is usually well worth the journey to see your favourite band or comedian in such an intimate and beautiful venue, particularly when the usual ticket price is so cheap!

From the first phone call I felt completely at ease with Hero Driving School. I was never pressured into booking huge blocks of lessons or taking my test before I was ready. Mas was flexible, engaged, polite and extremely personable. As a teacher he kept me entertained with his excellent/terrible accents, useful and humourus similes, and wealth of knowledge at his disposal. He was calm, patient and knew exactly what I needed to learn and when. I had a 2hr lesson a week, with no additional practice outside of these lessons. Mas was incredible at building my confidence and teaching me everything I needed to not only pass but to be safe and smart on the road. If you're looking for driving lessons I cannot recommend Hero Driving School enough!
