I wish I could give them a better rating but they really don't understand customer service or that…read morethe words you choose matter. I stopped in one afternoon to see about having my truck washed. The gal at the front desk had a very difficult time explaining that they were too busy but finally made me an appointment for the following morning. we decided to forgo the interior and only focus on the exterior due to the 3 to 4 hours they require (just for a basic wash!!). I returned in the morning and was greeted by the same gal and another employee. He explained that there was no way they would/could accommodate me. huh??! I explained that I had an appointment for now and I took the time to drive all the way here to just have the exterior washed. He again said they needed my truck for 3-4 hours still and there was no guarantee that they would be able to complete in that time. I even offered to give my number, aasking them to call me if they got a break in their schedule any day or time, I could be back within 15 minutes, nope, they were not interested. Whoa, I am quite certain they did not want to serve me as a customer. I have heard this same story at other businesses and will just need to accept this as the new business practice. This is very sad indeed, welcome to 2023.
