They will ignore you and blame the client for being upset after a year of ignoring you, and the Better Business Bureau whom they stated they responded too . However, they did not because I just confirmed it So who has more to lose by telling the truth certainly not the better business bureau. Again feel free to reach out I have the countless emails, The cell records, the recording of anytime I've attempted and got a voicemail or the front office person and that was it. What's not acceptable is being ignored not the fact that I called and became upset after hearing the same rant from the front office receptionist. Again when accompany promises to make right and this was the second and final secretary I spoke to and have only spoken to her once and I believe she holds a little bit of a managerial position, and radio silence thereafter or excuses it's not acceptable.

I made an appointment with Karina, the owner, for a Dermaplane 'N Glow Facial. I had read the description, but it didn't do this heavenly experience justice. Karina welcomes you with a warm smile and has you sit in a comfy chair to fill out a number of forms so that she is completely informed about not only your skin, but your overall health and well-being. She then explains what will happen during the hour you'll be on the heated table. Quick change into a half robe, and she gets you settled and comfortable. She then thoroughly inspects your face and neck and tells you what she feels will be the best outcome for you. She's got a very gentle touch and the dermaplaning is completely painless. I actually thought it felt good, and that my skin was feeling lighter and clearer. Once she's done, you get to see what she's removed. Wow! must be most people's reaction. But it was such a nice feeling to have all the dead skin and peach fuzz off of my face and would be able to accept the various cleansers, lotions and serums she would now apply. One of the highlights of the facial was the very thick and chilly, but very refreshing peel off mask that was painted on to my face. Everything she did made my skin feel better and better. And if that weren't enough, she gives a wonderful shoulder, chest/neck and arm massage. Add in the warm towels that are placed on the face throughout the facial, allowing your pores and skin to be as clean as possible, and you just melt into a completely relaxed and clean, smooth state. After the treatment, Karina goes over what she used and what she would recommend for your individual skin type. She does have products for sale, but she also takes note of the products you currently use and will let you if they will fit into the refi mine she has established your skin for. She's not at all pushy and feels that if you have good products at home, you should use them and then when you're close to using them up, you can contact her about perhaps trying some of the products she used for you. She also gives you a sample of everything she used for the treatment so you can keep her incredible work going at home. She's a kind, caring, warm and fun person who has really done her homework. I felt I was in very capable hands, and my goal for super smooth and clear skin was met beyond my expectations.
