    Honestly, I really don't like to leave bad reviews but I needed to warn others. I know I can't be…read morethe first to have a bad experience but probably one of the first to share it. Chris came to my house on time and that's where the positive experience ended. I specifically requested for the clay treatment due to tree sap stains. He didn't tell me until the end of the "wash" that the stains had damaged the clear coat and couldn't come out. The inside also didn't look like it had been cleaned so $200 for the outside only and still left with the stains I wanted out? Ok. I asked him if he accepted venmo/Zelle so I could send him payment that way because I had an appointment and would not be able to stay. He tells me he does and so I jump in my car to leave (in another car) while pulling up my Zelle and then he starts screaming outside of my house that he's not leaving until he's paid. (And FYI, my husband was still there). Never once had I indicated that I wasn't going to pay him so the erratic behavior was very strange and completely unprofessional. Afterwards, I messaged him to let him know we didn't appreciate the way he had acted and the lack of professionalism continued as he complained about having to work outside in the sun and even about asking me to park in the street (I asked if he could park on our carport instead so as not to block the road and he agreed never once expressing that it was a problem for him). I'm attaching pics of the car AFTER he was done and the message I received because I know this sounds so unbelievable. Everyone has a bad day and I truly hope that's all this was and this is not his regular interaction with customers. Unfortunately, I will never again use his services to find out. Good luck to all those who do. *ETA: service date was 2/3. My review was a little over 30 days after. If wiping of interior surfaces and door jams was not part of the $200 interior/exterior detail service then my apologies for assuming. I suppose I should have asked. I sped off to make an appointment I was late for. I was not disrespectful to you ONCE before I left. Yes, I mentioned at the end that we were cleaning the car to attend my father in laws funeral not for sympathy but to let you know we did not enter into this situation for the added stress. That was all. Please learn from this experience to improve your customer service and communication skills with customers. That's really all I hope for at this point. Good luck to you in all your future endeavors.

    We were so happy the first time he came .... Rebooked for six weeks.... Due to weather we had to…read morereschedule....... We also referred him to two other people..... on our rescheduling I received two confirmations the day before ..... he was supposed to be here 9am ..... it's now 10:26 and no response from him after my texts the day before or the day of service. He also was booked w one of my referrals...... he canceled and said he would give her 10$ credit for cancellation..... wonderful and good communication....... Then when he showed up for the make up car wash he was very talkative about his issues and being in rehab and seemed kinda off...... she felt uncomfortable w him being there and refused waxing and anything but the car wash. Everyone has issues and that's ok..... but not showing up or responding is not expectable So I think this company needs to focus on their own personal problems and not make more problems for customers and him self
