I was a new customer and was wondering if they had time to do a fill and pedicure. The pedicure was rushed with literally a 30 second massage (between two different technicians) and my nails came out awful; The shape is horrible, the color is already chipping - even though it's gel, my real nails underneath lifted after the third day, and the design that I wanted (that the technician said was easy) - ended up being a different design (of the technician's choice) because she was in a hurry to take her next client. Since I was already there for 2 hours, I just wanted out. Nothing that I wanted; Not the design, not the color, not the massage, not the experience. I made an appointment for a Sunday morning, I was given the first appointment at 10am. I confirmed 10am was okay as that's when they open. I arrived early, the lights were off. I believe it was the owner who showed up to open just at/around 10. I decided to wait a few minutes as to not rush in but I did have an appointment for 10. I was torn between gel and acrylic. she ended up doing acrylic with gel nail polish. I felt very rushed, my nails did not come out that great. A few are crooked. she didn't clean my nail beds at all, nicked my finger with the drill filer (did apologize) and massaged only one hand. I made an appointment as I had a very busy week ahead with a wedding that Saturday that I wanted my nails done for. I'm not sure if I'll try them again. Stopped in for a walk in pedicure and was immediately greeted cheerfully. I learned the salon has been at that location for a year. It was very clean and nicely decorated. I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to a spa pedicure, which I agreed. I got to pick the scent and the add-on lotions and foot massage were well worth it. My technician gave me a phenomenal foot massage - I could've stayed there all day. Her paint work wasn't the greatest and I could tell she was struggling a bit. Another technician came over to help her and it looked good. I appreciated that the second technician assisted. Emily (I believe she is the owner) came over to check on me to make sure I was satisfied, and even though I said I was, she sat down and cleaned up the work. You can tell she was a perfectionist, and wasn't going to let me leave unless I was 100% satisfied. I completely respect that and really appreciated the attention. I will certainly be back. This salon is awful. Do not go here!!!!!! My boyfriend went there for manicure and his nails came out worse than when he went in. They did not file his nails and they destroyed his cuticles leaving huge chunks missing from the cuticle area. They did not even put a clear coat in his nails. His nails came out jagged and cut up in worse condition than when he went in. After talking to some of the girls at the hair salon next door they had similar experiences. read more

My feet have been hurting me over the last couple of months. I wear Work boots nearly every day for work. I finally broke down and decided to get a pedicure and this is where I went. If you looked at me you would never guess that I would, in a million years have this done. Guys... dont wait any longer. This is just why I needed. They did A GREAT JOB!! This is the place to go. They use liners in their pedicure tubs. Their $27 pedicure includes a scrub, lotion, BRAND NEW massage chairs, & heat coals. That's just their standard, I can wait to try the other ones. The woman who did my eyebrows was fantastic they look amazing. They were great with my daughter and added a crown design in her nails. It's smells so good in there and everyone is so nice. They also have a rewards program go 10 times and get your card stamped the 11th visit take 20% off I am 100% going back there again. read more

The ladies who work here are not only professional but extremely friendly! My mom, sister, one year old niece and I came as a walk-in for three pedicures and manicures and they were wonderfully accommodating! Not only did they do a great job on our nails but also were very sweet to my niece who was very curious about what was going on around her. As you can see in the picture posted, my nails do in fact look flawless as this company's name promises. (Note sarcasm) It has been 3 days since my manicure took place and there is not one chip to be seen, but several chips, peeling, and indents in my nails. The first day I got these done i had to return a few hours later because 4 of my nails were already destroyed. A woman repaired them for free but no more than an hour later my nails chipped yet again. Now the polish is peeling and breaking all over the place. I don't know if this is due to a new polish or just a horrible manicure but i would not recommend to my worst enemy. read more

Not satisfied at all! I went in today (Wednesday) for a fullset it was slow and nobody was waitibg to be serviced. The lady who took me rushed through my service, my nails were taking much shorter than i wanted...asked for a specific color. Purple metallic.. As she's painted my nails what appeared to be a green she told me it would be an extra $3 because she had to open a new bottle of polish (never heard that one before). As they are drying I'm hoping that a miracle happens and they turn the color I asked for... I told the lady that it wasn't the color I asked for and she tells me as I am paying that they didn't have the color I wanted anymore. She told me to come back tomorrow and she'll change it for free.. (What about today??) I told her I work tomorrow.. Still says come back tomorrow. This is equivalent to going into a hair salon for a color, asking for blonde and getting orange. Never returning again! read more

Went here a couple weekends ago while staying in Peabody/Salem. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. They did a pretty nice job, no chips yet! The interior of the place could use some updating/redecorating but it is clean and they do nice work. Took off one star because it was a little pricey, and also because I expected a quick massage/shoulder rub after my manicure, like most other salons do. read more
