LOVE LOVE LOVE Roxie. I've been going to her for waxings for almost a year now and she is amazing. Her new office is adorable, she is great at what she does and makes you feel so super comfortable (even when having hot wax ripped off your body). Today I got my first facial from her and loved cleaning everything out. She knows what she's talking about and offer super friendly advice. Roxie is great and I would recommend her to anyone! I would love to give Roxie a great review however she has cancelled on me sooo many times that I can't. Of the 14 appointments I've made (or attempted to make) I've been cancelled 8 times! Almost all happening the day of the appointment and a few within an hour of my appointment time. Also, when I'm told they'll get back to me to reschedule, it may or may not happen. They have a policy in place to protect them if a client cancels within 24hrs but don't expect them to respect you enough to do the same for you. The reason I gave 2 stars is because when you're actually able to see Roxie, she does do a great job. Please get your scheduling figured out. read more

If Roxy has ever told you the story about poor little red face.....that is me. I WAS little red face. After years of doing everything wrong, my skin was so sensitized it would be red for hours after just washing my face. Thank the good lord I came across a groupon for Flawless Skin Studio. It was so bad that Roxy did not even treat me on my first visit. She gave me an order to stop everything I was doing, put my products under the counter and do not touch them again. She gave me a very short shopping list and send me on my way. When I returned a couple weeks later there was already a huge difference in my skin. I have been seeing Roxy for over a year now and am in her club (it really is a fantastic deal!!). As a result I feel more confident than I ever have about the state of my skin. I am actually spending less on skin care than I did when I was trying every product under the sun to get a result. I look younger than I did when I started seeing her (do you know how amazing it feels when no one ever even gets close when guessing your age???). I have so much trust in her, I don't make appointments with specific treatments in mind. I just show up and she does whatever she feels is best. She is the boss!!! I went to Flawless Skin Studio through a Living Social deal and was not disappointed! Roxie was a friendly, competent, and really seemed to care about fixing her clients' skin issues. Most other facialists are eager to tell you that their line is the only one that will fix your problems, but Roxie suggested simple sunflower oil and fish oil to help some of my issues. I really appreciate her willingness to help, not just sell. I hope to be back soon! read more

She has transformed my skin, my brothers skin, my boyfriends skin and many of my friends' skin. She is affordable. She doesnt push product. I originally bought either a Livingsocial or Groupon (I can't remember) for a facial at Flawless Skin Studio, and it was one of the only times I've been very happy with my purchase for a service. Normally, salons and spas treat Groupon and Livingsocial customers horribly (from my experience), but Roxy is great! I joined her monthly facial club and have received some of the best facials I've ever gotten. She suggested many things that have helped my skin so much (not her own products, just inexpensive things you can get at the grocery store, sunflower oil, fish oil, probiotics).
