Okay, let me just start by saying that I haven't gone out since I had my last baby and that was back in 2023, so maybe the service industry has changed. But since when is it the customer's responsibility to wipe up spills? My sister accidentally knocked our very full drink on to the bowling alley floor and when I let the first staff member I saw know what had happened, he said "No problem, I'll let the guys with the mop know". So we waited a few minutes, and when no one showed up, my sister walked up to the counter and let the guy behind the counter know that she had accidentally spilled her drink, but that no one had come to clean it up yet. He said "No problem." Then handed her a stack of towels. Okay, sure i guess. I mean we DID make the mess, so we'll clean it up. But then when she went back to let him know it might still be a little slippery, all he did was hand her more towels! They never even checked to make sure it was cleaned up properly, someone could have slipped and fallen! Plus when we got there at 630, it was SUPER empty, but they still put us right next to the only crowded lane, even making the other people move out of their seats. There were plenty of other parties of two that arrived at 7, they could have staggered in out so we weren't sitting in strangers laps. Oh, and there was something wrong with the ball return, so our balls kept getting stuck, and none of the employees seemed to be in much of a hurry to fix it. We only had the lane booked for an hour and we lost some of our bowling time waiting for them to fix our lane and cleaning up. Definitely do not recommend this place. read more

The ambiance is a little older but the happy hour was good. The beer was big and worth it. The bbq sliders were good. The chips n dip were cheap and look ordinary but the chips were actually very good and tasted homemade. I had fun here with good company and would come back again for the happy hour. read more

Love this place! We've been for quite a few birthdays for the glow and bowl and it's always a blast. The technology for each lane is top notch and I love that some of our family can choose bumpers while others may not want to use them. You can also personalize the theme of the scoreboard which my kids love. Service was horribly lacking from the front desk staff to the person wiping down tables. Went bowling with my family and had a 3 under 5 years with us. I was 7 months pregnant and not allowed to bring my personal water inside with me which I thought was pretty ridiculous. I didn't really want to drink their water bc it had a funky taste. FLB bowling review- currently the only bowling option in Folsom Pros - has a promotion currently for Spring $75 weekday for 1 hour up to 6 people which includes shoe rental, pizza/chicken tender/nacho, pitcher of soft drink, and arcade card which is a good deal - plenty of parking - inside is clean and in the evening- will dim lights/mood lighting for cosmic bowling - pizza taste decent- kids enjoyed it Cons - definitely the staff, both staff members were chatting behind the counter and I had to greet them to get service which was curt- shoe size, food option, drink choice, etc. Got the vibe that they have been working here for a long time and don't really care unless maybe you are a regular. - Kids used the Arcade card and stupidly scanned at the claw machine multiple times which drained the credits because the claw machine is broken. Told a staff member and was told they do not manage the card so we would have to call the phone number. No effort was made to put an out of order sign so during this time other kids are wasting credits on the claw machine. Really get sense that they care less about your experience read more

Sixteen lanes for good fun. Clean and clearly built out for open play, I joined a group of ladies for the first time bowling with them. The staff was pleasant and helpful as it was my first time here. Overall, the bowling side of the business seems well run, friendly, and a relaxed vibe. Clean place added to the feeling of being welcome and that they respect the place. Before the others showed up, I arrived early to get the lay of the land. The building is not easy to find the right front door for bowling. It is tucked inside a corner under a large roof line/shaded area. The more visible door on that side of the build (facing E. Bidwell) is "Lucky''s" which is a barbershop. One the left side there are a few doors with one clearly marked as a bar for the center. The menu for a bowling center is a good size with the usual thing one expects (burgers, fries, sandwiches, fountain drinks). The BLT on sourdough was very good. Fresh ingredients and bacon was not skimmed on. Well made and I loved it. The fries were lightly seasoned and fresh as well. Tasty lunch. The iced black tea was as one expect and welcomed on a warm day. Lanes number 16 and are busy with monitors with scores and system games promoting recreation for the open play bowlers. The seating is large couches for more a more relaxed feel with a table to put your things on (sort of a living room set up). Lanes were clean and appeared well maintained. I'm a league bowler that finally gets to bowl after a year and a half. The lanes rolled fine and it was a great deal of fun. read more

I came into bowl at FLB with my elderly mother this Saturday, and i just wanted to thank Jeremy at the front desk for being so friendly and helpful. It was our first time visiting the FLB bowling alley, and Jeremy took care of everything for us - he explained the different games we could play on the lane, how the scoring worked, which ball weight to use, he brought us water without us even asking, and just made such an effort to ensure we had a great time. Jeremy was pleasant, patient, and kind, as were all of the staff we encountered that night. Overall, we just had a great time, and wanted to thank you!
