When you find yourself in the middle of what seems like a never-ending road on the way to or from…read moresomewhere else, and you need a cola, or a touristy trinket, or some ice cream, pet food, bread, a hammer, or just a place to stretch your legs and walk, you might come across the Ole' Mercantile. This only looks like a tiny oasis, but walk in and you'll see several rooms full of things you might need for camping, fishing, road-tripping, hiking, and biking. You can spend a lot of time just browsing. It's one of those places with a little bit of everything - including friendly locals. Take a break from the road and explore. I recommend the flavored popcorn right near the register -- wow. I should have picked up two bags of that.
